For starters, Bri was super responsive and pleasant to correspond with. I picked up two cakes for Christmas Eve - one confetti cake with confetti frosting, and one almond cake with brown butter buttercream frosting. The cakes were EXCELLENT. Super dense and moist, and perfectly sweet, rather than too bland or overly rich. It's obvious from the taste of her product that Bri uses real, quality ingredients. I highly recommend Whisky Business and will order from here again.
More flavors of Macaroon than colors in the rainbow.
Now I wanted to try almost everything they had to offer, but be carful, those small macaroons can add up quickly. For my large box I ended up forking over a President Grant, which felt hefty, but if I had as many Italian cookies from another bakery I'd likely have paid the same price.
Not I didn't write down all the flavors of macaroon I got, but I can say that there were several...

My custom cake came out fantastic! The owner, Bri, was super responsive and great with incorporating everything I wanted in the cake, even the long quote I wanted piped on the top. The cake looked amazing and was delicious!! I would highly recommend this bakery for custom cakes.
