Apple and spice was never a seasonal donut, you could get them anytime during the year. They were the main reason to go to Dunkin Donuts. With the change to foo foo coffee and losing the original coffee flavor, there's no reason to go there anymore. Who wants to wait in line while teenage servers are concerned with their appearance and opposite sex teenagers.

The lady was extremely rude to me, saw me on the counter- looked at me and yet ignored me! I had to call her out like 3 times before she could answer me. And even so, she was just like “what do you want” very rudely! No greeting, no sense of politeness nothingg!! Other people were being greeted well.! I felt racism in the air! Or was it because I was wearing a burqa?

It was probably 6:45pm on a Sunday , they close at 7pm. Female ginger with glasses took our order, I got three sandwiches, three hash browns and three refreshers (all for my children bc it was a very long day of driving) & two wake up wraps(for myself). Totaling $39! We are not from this area I explained to the lady at the counter hoping she would be understanding as to why I ordered so much & accuracy is important. I wasn’t aware that they closed at 7pm at the time. They gave us our food and basically rushed us out the door to lock up ( girl was just standing behind me waiting as I grabbed napkins and ketchup , didn’t have time to check the bag) checked the bag when I got into the car and was missing a whole sandwich ! They already locked up and their avoidant behavior told me not to go through the drive thru because I know myself and I already know where I’m willing to take it 🙃 YOU DO NOT HAVE A HARD JOB IVE WORKED FOR DUNKIN AND ITS ONE OF THE EASIEST JOBS WHEN IT COMES TO CLOSING ! I also seen one of the girls handling food with no gloves and I will be notifying corporate. Play with someone else’s time and money if not your own ! Can’t even handle a simple task don’t expect to make it much further than Dunkin’ Donuts.

This is the second time I've gone through there and gotten a leaky cup. I'm starting to think those little tarts at the drive-thru window do to this on purpose. I'm complaining to corporate. This time they are going to pay to clean my car.
