Took 45 min to get a burger from here , I ordered a sandwich and clearly stated no cheese 3 times but my sandwich still had cheese on it I do not recommend this place

The Caprese paninis were excellent, as were the other dishes. The pizza did not look like much but had a wonderful crust with good flavor.
When we first walked in, the customer service was lacking — the cashier seemed either unfriendly or simply very quiet, which almost made us turn around. We waited a little while before we were even greeted so i went up and asked for some help.
We’re glad we stayed, because the food made up for the initial impression.

Got delivery twice now, food was very tasty, order was spot on, and delivery was very quick, the food was still piping hot! Got pizza w/amazing fresh tomato’s, and the garlic knots are big n tasty. Very grateful for their dinner tonite, cured my craving perfectly. Thank you💚

New to the area took a shot at a flyer a local friend gave me, and chose delivery. The service was great the food even better !! Arrived hot and was fresh made with great taste. Omg the garlic knots are outstanding!! Really enjoyed my meal Thank you

Was staying at a local hotel over the weekend and ended up getting takeout because there was a snowstorm. The food was amazing. We got two dinners and there was a ton of leftovers. The price was very reasonable. I can’t wait to pass through the area again, Paisano’s is a must!!!

Had to do this twice because the owner of the restaurant (or so their google response said) responded back to my original review and informed me I’m lying about the text I will speak about later in this review. I have attached said text the owner accused me of lying about. - could not reply back to his reply so did a brand new review.
Got delivery, said I was sick and to please put it on the front porch. Left a tip on the porch for the driver. The driver wrote me and said “hello this is your piasanos driver.. i have your order.. I know y'all are sick but u do need to sign your slip.. and add a tip if possible” for starters, I think asking for a tip is WILD if she doesn’t even know that I had one on the porch because she sat in her car for 10 minutes before contacting me. And I said leave on porch in my notes so I didn’t infect them with the sickness. Apparently she didn’t care. The food was disgusting. The boneless wings were dry, my pizza was mediocre at best and the meatball sub was absolutely disgusting. It was soggy, and the meatballs were burnt and had no taste to them. Contacted the store about it. They said they would send me a driver back to my house to pick up the food which is great, however I already contaminated the food with my Covid and threw it out when my family realized how gross the food was. So not only do they want me to pick the food out of my garbage, they also would like my Covid infested food to bring to their restaurant. Can you say UNSANITARY and UNSAFE? Also I attached the text that the driver is saying she never sent to me.
Ended up disputing with my card company. Have never experienced such a thing with another restaurant. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered pizza for delivery on 6/26/24. It's not always the quickest delivery but yesterday it came so quick and whoever made the pizza did an amazing job. The pepperoni placement on each slice and the crispiness was so delicious. So to whoever made that pizza you did an excellent job and great job on the delivery
