Felt completely scammed Food was ok, not great mexican, very over priced with tiny portions. got $70 something worth of food, 3 dinners and 2 appitizers. Got home and opened up the food to eat. food containers were half full at best. Notchos barely had any toppings, around 1.5 dozen chips with maybe 4 tablespoons of topping. burritos are usually a meal by themselves, not here...more like big egg roll with triple thick wrapper and some rice with barely anything else. enchiladas were rather bland and i never had enchiladas that didnt have cheese on top. Easton and Saratoga are way better choices, travel the extra 8 miles and get a good meal for less... Amigoes cantina should be ashamed of that meal. Just felt totally ripped off. wish i had thought to take picture of that disappointment!

The food and margaritas are good. However, the owner is very rude and very strange! My family, which totaled nine people were turned out onto the street to wait in the frigid 20° weather with a newborn baby because they didn't have a table ready for us! After waiting 15 minutes when I went back inside to ask how much longer the table would be ready, he flipped out on me! He lost a big sale that night, and in the future as well, because I have never ever been treated so poorly in my entire life! Not worth the trip if they're busy, don't even bother going inside!

So we went here recently, and I wanted to share my thoughts on it. We got stuck in the middle of the bar at a very small table where we didn't have enough room for our food. Service was OK, but not anything special, waitstaff was not super friendly and seemed a bit annoyed when I politely asked a couple questions. The food was very good, but pretty expensive for what it is. Margarita was reasonably priced and I would definitely come back to sit at the bar and have a drink, but I would definitely ask for a different table if I were to be seated at one because the spot was a truly terrible place to sit for dinner. Make sure to ask to sit in the dining room or off the side in the bar. Definitely worth checking out when you are willing to spend a bit on dinner.

I ordered 2 pulled pork tacos and a side of rice with extra rice. I got the 2 tacos but got no rice just a bowl of beans! I am very disappointed. ?Parking: I hate the parking situation!

We had a large family group (3 generations) and got prompt, personal service (Thanks Annie, you were great!).The food was fantastic. I'm a little bit of an expert, growing up on the Texas/Mexico border. Good tequila selection that is very reasonably priced.Next time I'm in the greater Saratoga area, I'll, be back, with or without my sister who lives in the area (she and her family are regulars).Dietary restrictions: Standard warning to let the server know about food allergies is easy to find on the menu. Gluten free options are easy to find.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. Kids are made to feel like a regular customer, maybe better (they got crayons, I didn't)

Not the typical Mexican restaurant offering the standard, somewhat greasy fare. They take a fresh approach and are willing to modify their offerings on request. We've been long-time patrons. It's our preferred local Mexican Restaurant that is well worth the drive,

If you're seeking a experience beyond downtown Saratoga, you absolutely must visit this Mexican eatery. Their delectable tacos and queso are simply mouthwatering. Every dish is prepared with utmost freshness, and the prices are remarkably affordable. Notably, all the sauces, made in house, contribute to the exceptional flavors. Additionally, the bartender's warm and welcoming nature adds to the overall charm of the place, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Undoubtedly, this establishment serves some of the finest Mexican cuisine in the area.

The food was delicious. The service was seriously awful. We have been told by friends this is an anomaly for this restaurant, but I will not be going back.

The only complaint I would have is that this restaurant is not cheap, but what good restaurant isn't. Going out these days for dinner and Amigos Cantina is just dinner menus, can be quit pricey.
