Something has obviously changed here in the not-too-distant past. We had their pizza last week, and we have been here many times over the last 20 years, and it was not at all what we have become accustomed to receiving. The dough seemed like it was likely frozen, not what it used to be. It was doughy and weird. I've had 100's of Dark Horse Specials over the years, but the one we got last week is not what I remember (and it was missing the bacon). We weren't pleased at all. That was likely our last visit, we're super disappointed. We'll miss you Schuylerville Pizza and Pasta. It's not us....it's you.

Delicious food - we regularly get the Schuyler pizza and they always remember to check for my side of bleu cheese to go with it...that's service! Food is delicious and staff is very friendly and works hard to get things out fast even when they're slammed. Love this

We order pizza here pretty regularly at my job. We've never been disappointed. Staff is always friendly, food is always tasty. I'd say top 10 pizza place in the greater Saratoga area.

I did not care for the pizza. I wanted to like it. I did not like the way the cheese crusted up. I didn't like the flavor profile. I got an appetizer of chicken nugget, onion rings, french fries, cheese and chili poppers, and mozzarella sticks. The chili peppers are good although I can't eat the jalapenos but I'm sure they were good. The mozzarella sticks were good. The chicken tenders were like congealed meat that was made into a triangle-ish shape patty coated with bread crumbs - they were not great. My favorite item which was just heavenly were the onion rings and the French fries. The onion rings had a great beer batter and just a really amazing sweet and crunchy. The french fries they were just perfect flavor.

I try this place when I come up to visit family every so often, hoping that they'll get better, because they used to be some of the best pizza and salad I'd ever had. So, I will say compared to my last review, it has in fact gotten better in terms of how the place is run. Granted, I got a pickup order on a Sunday night, but they were still handling delivery orders and the staff was friendly when I went in for my food. I'm mostly let down this time because the chicken parm that I ordered looked delicious out of the container. Smothered in cheese, over some angel hair spaghetti, as any good parm should be... and while I would have loved a little more chicken to pasta ratio, the issue was the chicken itself. It was all burnt, and made to be hidden under the cheese. So, I'm not sure if it typically comes with that much cheese or if this was to cover up the burnt chicken, but that was a let down, especially given the price of the food. The baklava was a delicious classic Greek style.

The woret service and food we have ever experienced, they forgot some of the food we ordered, some of the food we got was burnt,on top of that when my boyfriend went to get the items we where missing the cook didn't speak any english. We paid 128 dollars for burnt food and the food that wasnt burnt was basic at

I ordered a chicken carbonara entree this evening. To my disgust I was given 4 small pieces of chicken about the size of a tablespoon about a quarter inch thick weighing a measly 1.6 ounces, yes I weigh all my food. It was not even a serving worth for the astonishing price of $18.99. If that wasn’t the bad enough the pasta was swimming in a pool of grease. The entire entree wasn’t even edible and had no choice but to dispose of it as would have made anyone sick. I wouldn’t even recommend feeding this food to a dog. I will never patronize this establishment ever again and would advise anyone who asked me how this place is how poor quality and quantity is.

Excellent food and service. Will be back. The pizza is very tasty good crust. The Greek salad was excellent. My favorite was the Buffalo chicken tender sub. The bread was fresh and as were the ingredients. Great stuff all around and very affordable.
