The sandwich artists were rude to a customer who asked a question about a sandwich; another Sandwich Artist rolled her eyes when salt and pepper were requested by another customer.

Past two times I have been to this location have gone as follows

1) Mobile Order took almost 30 min to get ready, this was at 1 pm on a Friday
2) sent in a mobile order at 8pm. Went to pick up store closed. Posted hours say until 9, web site says until 9. Call the store they pick up and inform me they close at 8 and can not refund me but the manager will call tomorrow to do refund. Never calls. I called again the following day. No manager available they will call me back. Never called. Just kept my money.

As you know and have seen over the past week, this store has gotten under new management. These people came from greenwhich and side swiped me (the last manager). This company is horrible and does not care about its employees enough to help someone who was reaching out for it for almost a year. They have new slicers, a clean outside and much more than I can say on here, everything that I have been needing for almost the past year they have neglected to help me with. From removing items to replacing and cleaning things that a manager has no business doing themselves. They sent a person to “help me” but it was to replace me, these people are not who they act to be and just know they may have great customer service but they are not that nice on the inside. Hope this store and all other stores under Fadens name can achieve higher than what they are presenting to there employees and giving new and older management a better chance to become better in this industry.

Update your hours on the door and website if not staying open as advertised. Showed up on a Wednesday at 8:10 PM and employee had door locked and cleaning when sign on door and website stated open until 9 PM.

I wanted a foot long cookie at 8:30. The store hours say they close at 9. The man saw us pulling and locked the door in our face. He quickly ran to the back and wouldn’t open the door for us when we knocked. Very disappointing. Do better.

There was only one guy in the store. He was nice. We sat down to eat and the subs were gross. We asked for a refund for 2 subs but he wasn't able to give us a refund. He called his manager but they didn't answer. The veggies didn't look good either. Definitely should have more than one person working at this store.

Don’t shop here,ordered the teriyaki chicken on Friday, there is only 8 piece chicken in my footlong subs,that is ridiculous, so save your money find a better subway shop.

Well that was some crazy anxiety going in there tonight. The girl wasn’t as rude as the male there. Nobody was in there but us so it’s not like it was busy. We felt like we were a nuisance. They were very impatient and couldn’t take more than 1 detail at a time and that would be okay if they weren’t so rude about it. The girl, Pretty much threw our bag of food next to the register. Will not be going back there anytime soon to say the least.
