Speaking for the Ft. Crailo DAR ladies, I’d highly recommend a meal here. We reserved our spot for 11 people well in advance to have a place to eat after a tour of the Schuyler House. Katie served great food with a smile and friendly banter. It is definitely a bistro worth a repeat visit.

First timer at Sweet Lou’s tonight. Ordered a pizza. It was amazing! And I eat A LOT of pizza haha. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

One of the coolest dining experiences I’ve ever had! Don’t let the simple setting fool ya! Lou and his daughter Maddie are amazing and I cannot remember a meal better that the “Chefs Creation” Lou made me. He went to every table to talk about the specials. I said “I trust you and like everything” The shrimp and pasta dish was out of this world! Trust me, you gotta go

We love this little place! The food is amazing and everything is homemade. He has the best corned beef and pastrami sandwiches and his dinners for 2 are amazing! Lou is a wonderful Chef!!

The food was great but the service was really the most spectacular part. The woman who brought us our food and cashed us out was so so lovely and kind. We basically talked about how kind the staff was all night. Would definitely recommend and eat again

Absolutely incredible gem. If you are in the area you MUST stop here. The food is beyond amazing. They hand stretch their mozzarella and everything is homemade

Kate, our waitress, made our lunchtime experience fabulous! Her warm, friendly greeting and helpful suggestions of the menu made ordering easy and fun. The food was AMAZING. I had the Sweet Lou’s ( because you can’t go to Sweet Lou’s and NOT order it) and my daughter had the Loch Ness Monster(and monster it is!) pulled pork sandwich. Both were superb; hot, made to order, grilled to perfection! Hats off to the chef! We have found a new favorite local (non- chain) restaurant. Thanks Kate for a wonderful experience.

Our food was great and the waitress was even better! The homemade chicken tenders are 6 year approved she said 10/10 and the fries were 9/10. Mozzarella logs are truly logs, humongous! The Buffalo Mac and cheese is absolutely great!

Cannot say enough about this place! We drive over an hour to get there and have never been disappointed in the three times we’ve been there. Went last week after a funeral they fed 20 of us with impeccable service outstanding food. The owner and the pastry chef couldn’t have been nicer! And I am a tough critic!

The place was cute, and our server was excellent. The food was lacking. Some of it was cold and the cheese sauce for the pretzel appetizer tasted like straight onion powder. The fries were delicious but $9 for a side of plain fries is steep in my opinion. Fries do not come with sandwich meals. There were very dirty dishes at our table and plates with wipeable grease brought to us with our appetizer. Cook in the kitchen had long hair and did not wear a hair net. We will not return and feel mislead by the reviews.
