Menu is overpriced for many items...food is generally very good...noise level is generally LOUD with piped in music that is either indistinguishable or too loud...service was good but $260 for 3 people, 1 drink each & no desserts seems too high.
Wonderfully helpful navigating a tough dietary restriction. Food was delicious and service was phenomenal!
This was the first time I visited Foster. Being a foodie, very few restaurants impress me. Foster is one of them. The drinks were fantastic, the grilled octopus was amazing for an appetizer and the king salmon was incredible. If you have room for dessert the banana foster is a must! Would definitely recommend!!
Charging for tap water is incredulous. Not getting the order correct at 5:30 pm, silly. We discussed two entrees. The waiter recommended lamb chops to my wife. He recommend the pork chop for me. They delivered the pork chop and a cheese burger. They were apologetic but only offered a glass of wine for 1 person. Charge for tap water. I understand it's filtered.
Our first visit, definitely not our last! Our server, Loretta was fantastic! Great ambiance, delicious food!
We had never been to Sea Cliff's Fosters Restaurant before, and I have to tell that it was simply fantastic. There are some delectable appetizers and courses at this little bistro. We had the roasted chicken and the cod special. try the lamb meatball appetizer, It's like a gyro without the pita. Wood-fired pizzas and dishes are available, and all of the cuisine is freshly prepared. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. Additionally, there is a small bar. We would especially like to thank GM and Sous Chef Andrew for making our meal worthwhile. A must go to restaurant.
We've been to this restaurant before for events at which there was a buffet. The regular menu was really way above that. We had a wonderful time.
We enjoyed a lovely brunch to celebrate Father's Day - food was delicious, as always. Service was friendly and attentive. Live jazz music added just the right celebratory touch. Highly recommend!
Food was great, It was a little cold with breeze on me. We were not happy at all about the extra %. put on bill for Credit card. Wish you had more choices for desserts
Disappointing. The food was unique but some portions were small. Also the Pork Chop sounded great but it comes with no sides for 48.00. Also it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get it. There is no bread on the table. If you want bread it is another 11.00. The hamburger was perfect. Drinks were good. A large pour on the wine. Service was perfect. Wish they would change up the menu and provide bread on table. They seem to be getting you to buy appetizers to cover you while you wait for your meal. The pasta dishes are great but small for the main meal. Not sure I will return.

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem!! From the extremely friendly staff to the excellent food and service this restaurant is worth a trip to this little town. Everything was delicious and amazing.
I wanted to like Foster, but I don't think I will be back. Came here for Mother's Day, and driving up to this place is really pretty, doesn't feel like NY. Making reservations was easy viewing Open Table App, and upon arriving we were seated quickly. Our waitress told us about the specials, one of which was a dry-aged steak, that cost $160. My sister decided to get this speciality, and I got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, there were other dishes ordered as well. The food came out in a short amount of time. The size of dry-aged steak was not big, and I felt like I got a half of portion of chicken. It was half a chicken breast, on mediocre potato roll and a serving of fries. (I might have left the place hungrier than when I got there.). My sister was upset with what she paid for and what she got. YOLO Side note, we had asked if the bar could make a frozen margarita and the staff said that their blender was broken. So that was also unfortunate. I know restaurants are probably suffering with Tariffs, but we felt cheated. The service was great though.
Avoid if you can. Came for Mother's Day brunch. Chairs were all sticky, floor dirty. Menu was very light, food plain, portions small, and ridiculously overpriced. Worse is the hostess greeted us with uncontrollable laugh very unprofessional, waitress was fine worked with what she had.
Dinner was delicious. Food is always amazing and the service was great. Drinks are awesome and creative.
Food is sourced locally, and is delicious!!! Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you try this hidden gem you will not be disappointed.
