Maldon & Mignonette is absolutely delightful. Everything from the service , atmosphere, and food/drinks is detailed to perfection. I always feel as if I’m having a lovely home cooked meal with a great cocktail . My go to order is the cacio e pepe with fried chicken on top , with their classic M&M cocktail. The food is always cooked to perfection and I look forward to having it . The drinks are always flavorful with a perfect balance. To top it off I end with one of the many delicious desserts on the menu, it’s hard to choose with one . I am a local and I can’t believe I was missing out on such delicious food for so long , I highly recommend going!

We made a special trip to M&M because of all the great reviews that were written about it. Wow. It did not disappoint . We started with the charred octopus which was cooked just right and melted in your mouth. For our main course , we both enjoyed lobster rolls with a heaping plate of fries! That was such a treat . Overall the restaurant was warm and inviting, the owner, Rob, was friendly and efficient . All in all it was a wonderful way to spend our evening.

i’ve lived down the block the entire time the restaurant has been open (8 years) and have never been. on father’s day i decided to walk in and see if they can seat 4 people, the place was packed! they quickly found a way to seat us amongst the chaos. the food was spectacular, my parents and grandmother who are italian and very picky cleaned their plates. the service was phenomenal and the owner/chef even came downstairs to chat with us, which amongst the busyness, finding the time to do that is unheard of and made us love the place even more. since then, i have brought multiple friends to try different plates they’re serving on their summer menu. everything i’ve tried has been amazing and everyone who has served us is great! my personal favorites are the pastas, i’m gluten free and the chef has found a way to accommodate that everytime i go. the last time i went, i got the dirty bird and the flatbread pizza, 10/10. And the drinks are so yummy, i get the spring fling but everything in the cocktail menu seems good! i’m trying brunch again this sunday with some girlfriends, can’t wait to go back!

Small restaurant, no ambiance. Service was ok. Waiter was the bartender as well. I prefer a Bar that has an official bartender. Appetizer platter was confusing and not so pretty to look at, taste was blah.. Squid ink pasta & crab was blah. Lobster roll was outstanding but that's about it.

Went back for an early dinner and had an amazing meal! I had a juicy and tender pork chop perfectly seasoned and done, and my wife had the legendary lobster roll. We never regret traveling from Suffolk County to visit this gem! Don't miss it!

We had a lovely dinner at Maldon and Mignonette this weekend. The food was absolutely delicious! I especially enjoyed the burrata and eggplant caponata appetizer and the swordfish bruschetta entree. The service was friendly and welcoming. The owner even came down to deliver our food since we are return customers! Highly recommend! We drive 45 mins just to go to this place for a special occasions because it’s always worth it!
M&M is on my short list of restaurants. If I’m going out to eat, I want fresh, seasonal, quality ingredients that are thoughtfully prepared and they deliver - every time. This time we started with the tomato, ricotta flatbread and it was so delicious I craved it for days. I don’t know how they get so much flavor out of those tomatoes and it’s so light! For my main, I had the watermelon tomato salad. Their seasonal salads are spot on but this is one of my favorites and it’s HUGE. This is not your typical watermelon salad. They grill the watermelon so it really brings out the flavor with the tomatoes and instead of feta, they prepare it with stracciatella. Absolutely divine! My husband ordered his favorite - Cacio e Pepe - because it transports him back to Italy every time. We paired our meals with beautiful Italian wines and saved room for the peanut butter pie.

I HAVE THE PLEASURE OF EATING HERE AND WOW EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING THE FOOD IS A 10 OUTTA 10 !!!!! I HAVE A TON OF ALLERGIES AND THE SERVER MADE SURE TO I LET THE KITCHEN KNOW WHAT MY ALLERGIES WERE !!!! ITS ALWAYS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO EAT OUT BECAUSE NOBODY TAKES MY FOOD ALLERGIES SERIOUSLY BUT THE CHEF CAME TO THE TABLE TO ENSURE MY SAFETY AND FOLLOW UP WITH ME!!!!! THIS WAS SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND ILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!!! 10 OUTTA 10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND I NORMALLY COME FOR DINNER BUT THIS TIME I CAME FOR BRUNCH AND IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!

Incredibly delicious warm lobster roll with vinegar fries and side of brussel sprouts made for a perfect meal! Ariana was a great hostess and server. Looking forward to coming back here real soon!

FANTASTIC DELICIOUS FRESH UNIQUE. First time trying this place last evening and it is truly phenomenal. First, greeted by Grant and Rob the chef. Both friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Bar had a great selection of spirits and wine. The food is delicious. Started with an eggplant appetizer to die for. Hot, gooey and perfect portion for 3 people. The apps alone look so interesting that you could just do tapas and drinks in the cozy room. The decor is comfortable. Lots of wood, nice banquette seating and dark. The entrees didn’t disappoint. The warm lobster roll, the pasta pockets with cheese and swordfish covered in bruschetta, avocado and cucumber is an ideal entree for a hot summer night. The menu changes based on the seasons and based on their summer offerings we are excited to try their other seasonal offerings. This place is really terrific and a nice break from the kind of cookie cutter places around Nassau County. The Chef prides himself on his own takes on dishes and all were a home run. Really couldn’t recommend a place more.
