Best dining experience we've had in a long time. The whipped goat cheese and ricotta balls were perhaps our favorite appetizer we have ever ordered at a restaurant. My husband has been looking for a certain gnocchi experience for years and this was it. I'm gluten free and they were super accommodating and knowledgeable. Best scallops I've ever had. Friendly waiter, beautiful atmosphere, and lovely ambiance.

If you are in the glen cove/sea cliff area, or anywhere on long island, you must check out Maldon and Mignonette!!!! the food was more than delicious and the environment and staff were wonderful and attentive. This is our new spot!!!

He has a real talent for making the simples vegetable taste fancy I’m a vegetarian and often ask Robert to alter the menu for me. He always does with grace and charm.

Let me say this is one of the best little restaurants I have been to - the “vibez” as the kids say is fantastic. The cocktails and drinks - amazing. The food is out. Of. This. World. The chef’s ability to take seasonal foods and create amazing flavors that are gluten free, as well as full-test gluten are wondrous and a great place for a date and a ground. I love returning and look forward to it. Also, grab the chef-made dog biscuits for your pup at home

I came in for the 15$ burger and beer and was hooked! You can’t find a deal like that anywhere in this area- and the 3 course pasta and wine deal (35$) was also unbeatable. The atmosphere and staff were incredible and I can’t recommend the pork chop enough!

This is by far the best restaurant on Long Island. I’ve been here for brunch, and multiple times for dinner and every meal was phenomenal. The menu changes for different seasons and the flavor combinations blow me away every time. The chef Rob is a true master at what he does and the staff is amazing. Cannot wait to go back.

Super disappointing experience. I unfortunately was running late due to work. When I called to cancel my reservation, they were very nice and understanding, but I was charged with a $60 cancelation fee that I was not made aware of and wasn't informed about when I called to cancel. When I called back 2 minutes later to ask if we could come a tad bit later, they said a manager would have to call me back. Once the manager called me back 10 minutes later, he was extremely rude, told us they had closed the kitchen and that we were out of luck with getting the cancelation fee waived because it was an “OpenTable problem.” The restaurant is advertised to be open until 10pm and we had an 8:00pm reservation, called back at 8:02pm and the manager called me back at 8:12pm. It was just a series of unfortunate events and made absolutely no sense. Again, it was super disappointing since we were very excited to try this restaurant. We will not be going to try it out in the future because if the customer service reflects the restaurant in general, I want no part of it.

Felt like we had the place to our selves. Servings were huge. The wine was spot on. The meals were amazing. They do great job here and worth every cent. The creative dishes with the seasonal ingredients make this a must eat spot on Long Island...AT LEAST 4 times a year!

Everything about this restaurant is amazing. You must go! I travel 45 minutes just to come here . The food and the atmosphere are to die for. And if that wasn't enough, the staff and chef Rob are so kind and accommodating. I am a big foodie and the food is just so delicious. I bring everyone I can here. I also love that on their Instagram, you can see new things cooking up on the menu. Don't walk,runn to Maldon and Mignonette!
What I call a "one and done". Tried it. Should have gone elsewhere, but felt like something new. Renews were pretty good, which is downright shocking (or paid for), so I didn't find this a risky move. Sadly I was wrong. Food was forgettable and way overpriced. My son's steak board special was large but a bad piece with fat and tendons throughout. I am sure that the chef owner loves cooking and may have been exposed to great kitchens and restaurants, but he has no clue how to run a restaurant. The front of the house is nothing short of weird. It's what you get when no one is truly running the place and waiters are expected to make it up as they go along. The organization is inexistant. As a foodie who has had the opportunity to eat at all sorts of restaurants all over the world, a trait I am grateful for, I cannot in my right mind recommend this place to anyone. Sorry.

We love Maldon & Mignonette! They switched over to the fall menu after Labor Day and we had the best meal. If you go during Fall, get the spaghetti squash arrabbiata with sausage - it's insanely good. The service is always wonderful. Everyone is so nice and very helpful.

The food was amazing! I’m very picky with eating out because most of the time, I feel like I could make the food better at home. M&M is a place I’ll definitely go back to! The appetizer sampler was delicious and my ravioli was very flavorful. I love that they added a bit of a crunch as a topping for a variety of texture. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating, which makes the experience even better. I can’t wait to try their brunch soon!

This is my second time here, and the food is great. The 1st time I went for brunch and I had the steak and eggs, which was awesome. The steak was perfectly cooked. This time, I had the crab cake. It was really good. I highly recommend.. Joshua, our server was great and makes a great expresso, Martini.. also, Lily helped as well. Will be back.
