I read the reviews before going in and knew what to expect which was not pancakes in the traditional sense. My curiosity was piqued and i had to check this place out. Suki, the friendly lady that took my order was a wealth of info. The menu is a combination of American fast food and northern Chinese street food, which I wasn't too familiar with but was excited to try.
We were pleasantly surprised they followed through with the instructions of less salt and oil.
We ordered :
Savory chicken "crepes" which was akin to a stuffed thin scallion pancake (for lack of a better word) filled with a breaded chicken cutlet, lettuce, crunchy strips of fried dough and sprinkled with cilantro and scallion (optional). I was able to see the friendly chef make the crepes in front of me, which was interesting.
Crispy Lamb burger- flaky crispy dough as the bun, stuffed with sautéed lamb and green bell peppers. I did enjoy the cumin flavor that stood out but was missing a sauce to tie it all together.
Wontons were delicious especially with the seaweed in the soup.
Chicken congee is not something i eat too much of unless I'm feeling under the weather, but I was interested in giving it a try. It had shitake mushrooms and was good for a lighter fare.
So from what i gathered, the current owners took over abt a month ago and are still organizing the place which explained the empty shelves and bareness of the front of the store. Their menu may have changes as they settle in as well. I'm looking forward to going back again to try their other menu items.

Been in here three times in the past month and they can't make any of the pancakes because either they don't have the supplies (vegetables/bacon/pork) and the person in here doesn't speak English. I don't know how they're staying open.

I heard about this place supposed to be good.Old Chinese grandpa at the register. He can barely speak some English and was a little difficult to order. I ordered two chicken pancakes fries and some dumplings. Chicken came and the dumplings but no fries. Ok will just pass on that. The chicken pancakes were good but the dumplings didn't have much flavor and came with no dipping sauce. Some language barrier trying to pay the bill with cash. They need more help to keep this place going.
Fantastic tasting duck and lamb pancakes. Very kind owner.

After waiting for about ten minutes to olace an order, I called the place so someone would acknowledge the register. The cook came out from the back, and pointed at the cash register, hinting that I should order online. I just felt like ordering in person, but unfortunately that was not a possibility. It seems as though they were expanding to the next store front, and personnel was thin because of this. It would of probably been a greasy culinary delight, but one that I was not able to partake in. Best of luck with the other spot though. I really hope you hire someone.

This place has great portions, a refreshing beverage selection and fun items on the menu in general. One of my favorite spots to get a scallion pancake bc they stuff them like a quesadilla. I've gotten the sausage and the chicken which we're both tasty. The grilled squid was also pretty tasty.

Great jianbing(Asian crepe) place! Got the sausage pancake which is amazing and portion size is huge. Would also highly recommend the sugar crisp and skewers.
Duck pancake was delicious. Very surprised by the pork dumplings and pan fried pork buns which had a crispy dumpling skirt, so good!
Amazing food. Had one for the first time today and I am obsessed. You will not be disappointed.
This is not American pancakes- it is way better. The pancake is like a thin scallion pancake with some egg and cilantro cooked into it. Then they fill it with whatever you order, plus some crispy fried noodles or wonton shells and lettuce. Think burrito. You can also ask for spicy chili oil, which I recommend. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. I see some people saying theyre big enough for 2 people- they arent, unless the 2 people dont need to eat much.

Tried #1 Pancake today with my family and we all loved it!The Bacon Pancake I had was excellent and the serving is enough for 2 meals. Great deal! My family also enjoyed the Vegetarian Pancake, the Pork Floss Pancake and the Bubble Tea. We'll definitely be back for more!
