Been in here three times in the past month and they can't make any of the pancakes because either they don't have the supplies (vegetables/bacon/pork) and the person in here doesn't speak English. I don't know how they're staying open.

I heard about this place supposed to be good.Old Chinese grandpa at the register. He can barely speak some English and was a little difficult to order. I ordered two chicken pancakes fries and some dumplings. Chicken came and the dumplings but no fries. Ok will just pass on that. The chicken pancakes were good but the dumplings didn't have much flavor and came with no dipping sauce. Some language barrier trying to pay the bill with cash. They need more help to keep this place going.

Unique and tasty pancake, I had the crispy duck pancake a cross between peking duck and pancakes that come with mooshoo pork.

After waiting for about ten minutes to olace an order, I called the place so someone would acknowledge the register. The cook came out from the back, and pointed at the cash register, hinting that I should order online. I just felt like ordering in person, but unfortunately that was not a possibility. It seems as though they were expanding to the next store front, and personnel was thin because of this. It would of probably been a greasy culinary delight, but one that I was not able to partake in. Best of luck with the other spot though. I really hope you hire someone.

This place has great portions, a refreshing beverage selection and fun items on the menu in general. One of my favorite spots to get a scallion pancake bc they stuff them like a quesadilla. I've gotten the sausage and the chicken which we're both tasty. The grilled squid was also pretty tasty.

This new Chinese pancake place opened on Glen Cove Ave. I came here with my family for a quick lunch and we ordered a chicken, a sausage, and a pork floss pancake. The portion size is huge. One order of pancake is enough for two people. Would highly recommend eating the food as soon as possible to avoid it getting soggy. We also ordered the Taiwan sausage skewer, fried dumplings, beef pancake, and pork buns - basically the entire menu haha. All of it is authentic and incredibly tasty. From the cooks to the owner, the entire staff here is super friendly and professional. I am very glad this place opened near us!

This was a bizarre experience. Called at 2:20 to place a phone order for 3 pancakes and 1 order of fried dumplings. Got there 20 minutes later for pick up, and was told the food isn't ready. I'm kicking myself for having waited even longer. Their phone wasn't ringing for more orders, and I was the only one waiting for my food. They weren't busy, they were just not paying attention. At 2:50, I go up to the register, very unhappy at this point, and asked for my food. I was ready to walk if they weren't ready. They bring the food around. I think the food was ready, they didn't bringing it out to the register. I asked to pay and they show me the receipt, with 1 incorrect order. I said, I didn't order ham. They offered to make me a new one and I said no, I'm not waiting a second longer. The man, I assume the cook, goes back in the kitchen. The woman working the register says to me, just pay $40 and take the food including the wrong order. The bill was $42 and change. I said no, take out the ham pancake and I'll pay for the rest. The man brings the dumplings then. If I hadn't seen the receipt, I would've left with the pancakes with a wrong order. Anyway, I said ring me up and show me a new receipt. The bill came out to $32.63. I paid $33 in cash. The woman doesn' give me any change. So I asked her for my change and she gives me a dollar back. I showed her the receipt and said give me the correct change back and she gave me two quarters. At this point, I gave up. I left with soggy and oily pancakes. Service was beyond terrible. I am never coming here again, and I'm writing this review so you don't either.

Amazing food. Had one for the first time today and I am obsessed. You will not be disappointed.

This is not American pancakes- it is way better. The pancake is like a thin scallion pancake with some egg and cilantro cooked into it. Then they fill it with whatever you order, plus some crispy fried noodles or wonton shells and lettuce. Think burrito. You can also ask for spicy chili oil, which I recommend. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. I see some people saying theyre big enough for 2 people- they arent, unless the 2 people dont need to eat much.
