Food was pretty good. I would truly need to try a slice or slices that are more my style to truly know how good they

Ordered a bunch of slices to be headed up at home at closing time on a weekday. The pizza was good, especially with the sesame seeded crusts. All were a tad sweet as if the sesame seeds were applied with a little honey.I happen to like a hot honey pepperoni slice with sesame seed crust. But others like the vodka slice were a bit odd since they on the sweeter and less salty side.Crust and cheese were tasty. The best of the slices were a sausage, cooked onion and peppers Sicilian and the Buffalo chicken.I will be back to get a whole pie of the sausage pepper onion.

I get a slice or two here and there. I love the pizza, and I’ve never had issues with the staff or the food.

Ordered a Sicilian upside down for pickup. Visions of L&B Spumoni Gardens danced in my head as I looked forward to my first pie from this place.Parking was a breeze off the street in the adjacent lot next to the 7th Precinct. Walked in was greeted by a pleasant enough counter person. Place looked kinda clean, smelled pretty good. Grabbed my $28.- pie; which was quite weighty and I thought was reasonably priced, adjusted for inflation, and headed out to the lot. Drove home and opened the warm box at my kitchen table. What an ultimate let down when I opened it up.The box contents reeked of Parmesan dumped atop a seeming gallon of acrid sauce drowning a mere and slight hint of barely there mozzarella, all framed by a dark brown border of over cooked crust. Not so bad, you might say? When I went go grab a slice it flopped over lifelessly as the sauce and parm dust flowed off into the box. Still I remained undeterred and feeling adventurous, I took a bite. Horrible. Back into the box it went and after a shot trip to the garbage cans my brief but unforgettable experience with Brooklyn Square came to an unceremonious end.In summary, not the new favorite place we were hoping for.

Sorry but this pizza is not good and anybody who thinks it is knows nothing. It's like Alberts in Copaigue but the sauce is even worse. Literally the sweetest most tomatoe pasty uncooked sugary sauce flavor and just plain nasty. And on top of that they put twice as much as necessary. Now let's talk about the filth and dinginess of the place. It looks like they just gave up caring. Two thumbs down and will never be back. Wouldn't even want it for free!!!

It's ok. You have to order a whole pie, and eat it as it comes from the oven. Because if it sits around for a while, it just doesn't taste as good.

I had this pizza to go and compared it head to head with La Piazza in the area. Overall, I liked the other one a little better. It was a very saucy pizza if you're into that, and is fine when you're passing through.

Heard about Brooklyn square for a while. Was told it was similar to L&B. We ordered the Sicilian with half meatball and sesame seeds. The pie was warm when it got to us but not crunchy. It was incredibly saucey. A little too much even though the sauce was delicious. The center pieces were very hard to pick up because they were so saucy. The meatball was good. I think maybe because it was delivered, the pizza got a little soggy. Next time, I'll try to get well done or pick it up instead of delivered.

Regular slices are soggy and kinda small. She gave us flat soda from the fountain after she tried it and said it was good. Definitely doesn’t deserve 4.4 stars….. maybe 2 1/2

I loved their Sicilian pizza and their garlic knots were delicious as well. Too bad I don't live nearby.

Super yummy pizza! I initially found this place via TGTG and decided to pop in for a slice recently. Not much to choose from and I like that. They don't focus so much on specialty slices. I had to of course try the square with the yummy cheese underneath the sauce. It was delicious! The crust was equally incredible! I ate every last bite and was dreaming about it the rest of the day. Small spot but it's clean and the staff is friendly.
