Dunkin' Donuts is a very good breakfast restaurant. They serve your coffee pretty fast and they also serve bacon egg and cheese on a bagel within 5 minutes. The downfall of this is that it's a small Dunkin' donuts and there's always a lot of people in there.

They toast the bagel for your egg sandwich in the convection oven not the conveyor toaster. This just makes the bagel hard not toasted. Makes a difference at 5:30 am. Other than that the folks are nice and it seems clean.

I have been a loyal customer of this Dunkin’ Donuts location for over 15 years, often stopping in for coffee during the week and occasionally on weekends. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Today, my 11-year-old son urgently needed to use the restroom when we stopped in. I informed the cashier that I was purchasing coffee and asked if my son could use the restroom. She smiled, told me it was closed, and directed me to another employee. That employee, who was taking out the garbage, also denied access—explaining that the restroom had just been cleaned.
At this point, my son was in visible discomfort. I politely explained that the store was still open for business and asked why the restroom was closed two hours before closing time. Both employees repeatedly deflected responsibility, telling me to ask the other for approval.
When I requested to speak to the manager, I was given no clear response. As a long-time customer, I was shocked and upset to be treated this way. I understand businesses may need to limit restroom access in certain situations, such as for safety concerns, but this was not the case here.
I have supported this location for many years, but after this experience, I will no longer be returning. This kind of treatment toward loyal customers—especially a child—is unacceptable.

When I approached the employee his response was I don’t know that’s not my problem. Never walking in here again Dunkin’ Donuts should be ashamed to have any employees like this working here.

Worst Dunkin ever. I ordered an extra hot latte and it was cold. Manager Louis was rude and unprofessional when I asked him to remake it. Louis and his cashier can barely speak English, and they ask me if it’s my first time at a Dunkin.

Worst Dunkin ever, I literally bought 2 Halloween cups and the munchkin bucket for my 4 year old daughter and wife yesterday, I realize the next morning that the cup I got for my daughter is defective and doesn't close and leaks everywhere. I went back to exchange the cup for the exact same one and the employees tell me we can't make that decision the manager has to be here ? Are you kidding me after spending over $60 that day the employees need a manager approval to exchange a cup for the same one? Is dunkin this serious and how can an employee be so nervous to make a decision because they said they can get In trouble by the manager. Must be a really good work environment SMH !!
Usually dependable/quality drinks but staff really struggle with more than one or two people at the register and it's becoming an inconvenience lately. Had my order wrong multiple times over the last few months (including decaf being caffeinated, whipped cream on top turning into an entire drink made of heavy cream, wrong syrup, etc.) For the n-th time was confidently told a drink was mine and it turned out to be my size cup with the person behind me's order, however that happened.

It doesn’t matter what time of day or night I visit this location, the same great quality of food, service and atmosphere is consistent. I drive out of my way just to visit this location although there are several other Dunkin’s closer to me. My orders are always accurate and ready for pickup. The staff is extremely friendly and the manager works hard to ensure this location provides an excellent customer experience and it shows.
