Love this place. We always try to stop in when we visit family on the island. Would have given it 5 stars, but they didn't have the flavor that I painstakingly waited 6 months for. You let me down Ralph. My puppy enjoyed his treat though. We'll def be back.

I love this place. Coming from NJ, Rita's was a local favorite for water ice. Ralph's definitely provides a step up, or at the very least an alternative, with it's cream ice. The Twister is my favorite, combining the ice with the custard/ice cream. Great balance and selection of flavors. The staff was friendly and patient.

Awesome environment and very welcoming service. The menu was crisp and yummy. Will surely recommend this spot to friends and family. Reasonable rates and generous portions. Great work.
