I have given this place multiple chances. The service is horrible. Last time they charged me for someone else’s order but i had already been on the drive through line for 25 min that i didn’t even have time to deal with the mistake. The drinks are not good, i don’t know who does the hiring but there people seem to need more training. I pay 7 dollars for a coffee for it to look like someone already drank out of it ? This Starbucks is a the worst Starbucks i been to and i will not go back.

This location is by far the absolute best to say the very least. As a person who is always on the road and stops at different locations, this is always my first go to. Heaven and the Entire staff at this location go above and beyond and define what Customer Service is! From knowing each and every one of their customers, always a friendly greeting followed by outstanding service, This staff and location cannot be beat no matter what shift it is. I wouldn’t start my day any other way! You guys Rock!

On my visit to this location the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. My order was ready as i walked my drink was handed to me. While i was leaving my drink fell outside and a lady came out of her car and told me let us remake it for you and she brought me in the store and a barista remake my drink. I find that very satisfying and exceptional. She introduced herself to me. Her name is Latoya and she is the Store manager. I really appreciate her and the staff she have here. I visit this location on my way to work and they are so nice. Just want to say Thank you to Latoya and her staff.

The barista heaven here is so rude yelled omg just because I asked for my drink to be remade since they don’t know how to make drinks properly here will not be coming back to this specific location
I was waiting at the register for more than 5 minutes the baristas saw me but didn’t even greet me or ask to wait . I understand the drive thru is always busy but it should be at least one crew member helping the costumers that walk in . Horrible place from the drive thru to the front line .

I went in today excited for there new fall drinks launch I ordered a pumpkin spice latte iced the place seemed very busy but I met one of the sweetest baristas ever there Evelin She seems new cause I’ve never seen her here before and I’ve been coming here for years but amazing customer service the other baristas there are usually very nasty when I ask for special instructions on my order and she’s the only one I’ve met so far that does not mind at all and perfectly made my drink would definitely recommend you to ask for her to do your drink she’s the sweetest💗

Bunch of trouble maker kids swarming the entrance on bikes. Saw a kid with a rash scratching the rash. * (Not a Doctor but 99% certain it was ringworm.)Touching everything afterwards of course (Gross). I sat in the car and my poor friend drew the shortest straw. Not faulting you Starbucks. If you see this give everything an extra wipe down. Good job on trying to chase the kids away before they broke something.
