I went in today excited for there new fall drinks launch I ordered a pumpkin spice latte iced the place seemed very busy but I met one of the sweetest baristas ever there Evelin
She seems new cause I’ve never seen her here before and I’ve been coming here for years but amazing customer service the other baristas there are usually very nasty when I ask for special instructions on my order and she’s the only one I’ve met so far that does not mind at all and perfectly made my drink would definitely recommend you to ask for her to do your drink she’s the sweetest💗

Bunch of trouble maker kids swarming the entrance on bikes. Saw a kid with a rash scratching the rash. * (Not a Doctor but 99% certain it was ringworm.)Touching everything afterwards of course (Gross). I sat in the car and my poor friend drew the shortest straw. Not faulting you Starbucks. If you see this give everything an extra wipe down. Good job on trying to chase the kids away before they broke something.

As someone who never writes reviews bad or good. I had to review this store. I run a business and I always stress customer service to my team. This is my 3rd or 4th time here. Everytime I enter they greet you with a big smile and warm welcome. There is such positive energy in this place. The workers interact very well and clearly love their jobs. I noticed one of the employees ending her shift and everyone greeted her a good bye. It was quite impressive. Whoever trained this staff Is a pro. I was very impressed. I would definitely call it a unique quality experience. Best Regards to the staff!!!!!

I paid more than $9 for a Caramel Frappuccino that I ordered thru the starbucks app. I had to wait in the store for more than 15 mins after my estimated pickup time, and after all that waiting they even made the drink completely wrong. They did not even put any coffee in the Frappuccino or Caramel drizzle on top. You would think for the price and the wait that they would be focused on the quality of the drinks you are paying for... I highly suggest going to a different starbucks that has not been recently renovated because it is very clear that they do not care much about the quality of the drinks, and that they cannot handle the demand at this store after the recent renovations.

The wait time has been so long the past several times I have come to this location. There can be two cars at the drive thru window and I’m still waiting 10-15 minutes to get through. My coffee looks like it was sitting for a while, or it was old because the ice was basically melted for a drink I ordered on the drive thru. The customer service is very bad here, stinks since they redid the place

The new staff at this location is absolutely horrific. The rudest nastiest people.. and the best part is that not a single person there can make your drink properly. A majority of the staff has changed, and not for the better. I used to go every single morning because it was a drive through on my way to work and the staff was nice and made the drinks well... at first.
But last time I placed a drive through order thru the app, the barista got pissed because apparently it wasn't long enough since I placed it... yet the store was completely empty inside and I was also the only one at the drive though. My app doesn't always give me a time frame for pickup, not sure why but, a majority of the time it doesn't. So I wouldn't have been given a pickup time that I could see and go by. But either way, that doesn't excuse your worker from proceeding to get angry and going off on me, then refusing to give me my $25 order when I explained that I don't see a pickup time on this order and I don't see what she's talking about (it had also been at least 3-4 mins since I placed it so it wasn't like it was 30 seconds). But refused when I said then refund me. She proceeded to argue with me for several minutes at the speaker about how she couldn't refund me because it was thru the app (which isn't true. Another store refunded me a yogurt I ordered thru the app after I got there and they of course were out of stock and had none) going to give me my food or provide the service I paid for.
Literally could've made the ONE basic drink I ordered in not even a third of the time she spent going off.
Sorry, but no. It's not my fault or my problem your app glitches and doesn't give me any info. It's also not my fault your staff is lazy and nasty. I'm sorry they would rather sit on their phones or stand behind the counter talking to each other with an EMPTY store than actually do the job you pay them to do.
After the horrific service and how nasty she was to me, I received I won't be going back. You've just lost a customer that has spent $25+ at your store every single morning for the past YEAR.

Went in on Tuesday April 8th. At least 6 employees were working. Waited at the register for several minutes. During this time several employees looked in our direction but did not acknowledge us. Finally had to interrupt one of them and she rudely said someone would be with us shortly. Eventually the person doing food said they would help us. He started the order but had to go back and take care of food in middle of order.

It was abundantly clear that staff is only focused on mobile orders, especially Uber Eats, Door Dash etc.

Staff needs training in customer service.

Too many younger kids working who are too busy looking at their phones. I was very tempted to take my camera out and film the people reading their phone and how long they were on it for. My order was taken at the drive up and when I got to the window I waited literally 6 minutes before anybody came to have me pay. Then the girl looked at the screen and noticed that she never hit send so my daughter never went through. Then a guy came to my window and asked questions about my order which she should have typed in. All I wanted was the non-dairy with on top of my lavender matcha iced drink. But there was no clarity on the order as it obviously was imported in without any special instructions or it was confusing to the person making it. This is the first time I went through the drive-thru off of sunrise and I was not impressed at all. I also had asked if the drink was sweet and all in the girl said yes it was however when I began drinking it I thought I wish I had some sweeteners or sugar packets to add in it because it needed that extra sweet as it was bitter. Someone should really be watching this place because if this kept happening I would definitely never come back and go the extra mile to another Starbucks or Dunkin.
