Today is Monday January 15th 515pmFirst off the ambiance, "MUSIC" in here is beyond loud playing club music ? ???(I shot a small video with the music going and me talking, if your phone has strong wifi connection you can hear the video better) You literally cannot have a calm relaxing conversation with another person, that's ridiculous. The ceiling is over 12 feet high which doesn't help absorb loud sounds either.If you're reading this for the first time, we can probably say that the music wasn't that loud when you visited this Starbucks location, I am happy for you ??Doesn't mean I will come back here again anyway....LOL?️?byeeeThere are minimal amounts of soft cushion seats. 3 wooden tables and chairs with one very large round wooden table.. Parking is confusing from sunrise hwy as you approach the establishment..enter at the sign DRIVE THRU for the rear parking lot.I made the mistake and drove past the sign DRIVE THRU because I thought there was a separate entrance for just parking, I was wrong so I drove through the do not enter signs. I wasn't driving around sunrise hwy again to figure out where to go.Even though I gave this place just 3 stars, it actually has the potential of being cosier. Drop some of the JUST KIDS working there and have an adult manager working on hand. Perhaps more soft cushion chairs in booths with some low light lamps to give it that dim bar atmosphere ?, I know that is reaching for Starbucks.I think I will stick with the occasional Starbucks coffee, just not at this location.?DAVE,Long Island NYParking: I already said it in my review

They just never seem to have their sh*t together Drive though is the slowest in the county , cafe is closed sometimes, order ahead is always down, and always have to ask for a straw cause it's never out or provided. I don't know it's severely short staffed or mismanaged but spend the 5 minutes and go to wantagh cause seaford clearly doesn't have their act together

The drive through line is too long and dangerous at times. It's best to have a lane on the shoulder west of the building. But to do this the need to have no parking signs there to stop people picking up orders from parking there. There's plenty of spots in the lot.

Hi I have been a Starbucks enjoyer for years now. One day my best friend Cassidy ordered a grilled cheese that came out cold. After she took a bite, she realized that the grilled cheese was cold. They said they couldn’t reheat it because she already took a bite. I hope in the future Starbucks can fix this issue by checking to see if the grilled cheeses are cooked enough and more people won’t have to go through what Cassidy did.

As great as this Starbucks is, if you show up during a rush you'll be waiting on a line of cars backed into the highway.

I frequent three Starbucks during the week the other two are Wantagh Ave and Hempstead Turnpike Levitown. The reviews all the same .The wait at the drive thru is unreal and the fact that the line is long doesn’t seem to affect the pace of workers. There really needs to be more adult supervision. I order grande latte and hope strong enough I also order the small vanilla scones and depending on how the air is moving the price is either $8.80 or $9.09 for two . When I question the price difference I am told “oh well this is what the register says” What is the price ???.I think you guys should realize that you need us more than we need you.

Service is terrible. Everyone always has an attitute. We ask for the same order every weekend and EVERY time they get the order wrong. 9 pumps vanilla, 9 pumps chai creates a dark brown color. This is practically milk! Management needs to get on their staff or be replaced themselves.
