In my nacho belle Grande, there was some kind of label mixed in. Hard to read as it was covered in cheese but I think it said chaluppa along with other writing. Maybe from a plastic wrapper the food is shipped in. Also, I kept telling the worker at the counter it looked like we were missing something. After many back and forths, I took the stuff out of the bag. He was right, but never said he put the quesadilla under the nacho belle Grande. It is completely flat and couldn't be seen. Then he got snarky when I found it.

I have a special needs son and today he earned Taco Bell for getting his stitches out after a minor procedure. I received a phone call from his comm hab staff that the workers behind the counter were making fun of him because he was getting anxious waiting for his food. She said it was very obvious and they had no shame. They even went as far mimicking his actions. This did NOT sit right with me, so I went to Taco Bell myself demanding to talk to the manager and the workers involved. The manager REFUSED to give me her name and denied ever doing anything meanwhile, my comm hab staff saw her do this! She didn’t even apologize, she had no remorse what so ever. She actually had a smirk on her face as I was telling her how disrespectful and rude she was. Instead of trying to get through to her— I told her I was going right to HR and that’s exactly what I did. The only one that was nice and respectful of my son was the cashier Juliana, who felt so bad.they were acting like that she even went over to see how my son was doing. It was so nice of her My son left there feeling upset when he was looking forward to it all day. How dare they feel that comfortable and confident to make fun of someone with special needs especially right in front of his face. He patronizes them often, but WE WILL NO LONGER GIVE THEM BUSINESS!
