Took nearly 30 mins to get my food, the worker with a mustache around 5’6 and kind of chubby was a complete dirtbag to all of the customers, he completely ruined the expirience that people should have at Taco Bell.

My burrito was wet! I ordered a bean burrito in the drive through. I got to take two bites of my food before I realized the bottom of the tortilla was soggy and the paper packaging was soaking wet with a clear liquid. I don't even know what it was! What a disgusting and dangerous experience!

I've gone there twice and the last 2 weeks with an order of 75 hours each time and each time the men's bathroom was out of order. How can a big establishment like Taco Bell not have a men's bathroom

Just walked to Taco Bell. They locked the side door and the front door for no reason we didn’t do anything. We just wanted to get food and I’m very upset.
This location seems to be getting worse and worse. Normally better in the daytime, but when busy evening and late night service and food suffers. Management should staff this place adequately. Last few bad experiences had incorrect orders and chicken so tough I couldn't eat it. Used to love this location. Management needs to do better.
