Every time I order pick up here, it is NEVER ready on time when I arrive to pick it up. Not only is it never ready, but the people working there are never even aware that I placed an order...this has happened numerous times already, on different dates, with different working associates each time. Not to mention I usually don't show up for my order less than ten minutes AFTER it should've been ready to go. Plenty of time for them to prepare my order. The point of a PICK UP order is to grab and go. Having to wait around for an order you placed fifteen minutes prior in a place where there are no other customers present defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If this had happened once, even twice, I would've looked past it. But it has happened over five times now. Waiting around for an order that should have been ready when I arrived has made me late going back to work on multiple occasions. Disappointing and unprofessional.

I used the drive-in. This is the second time I went there. Both times the food was fair at best. Both times I had to wait much longer than expected considering there was no one in front of me or behind me in line. But the worst thing was the woman who gave me my food. I pointed out to her that she was not wearing gloves as she prepared the food and that I was okay with it but many customers would not be. She lied and said yes I wore gloves and again I repeated. I watched you and you did not use gloves . She just repeated the lie. I watched her take with her bare fingers the potato croquette out of the drawer package and then actually put it back in and then went to my sandwich and using her fingers place the bacon on top. I won't be returning there

I had such high hopes. The coffee was terrible it reminded me of the coffee you get out of the coffee pot in your room in a hotel ? I also think the donut that I asked did it have anything in the center and I was told no but,surprise! Now I think I may have the beetus.

Restaurantji Recommends
The doughnuts and timbits are so good. Maybe more drink varieties than WaWa. I enjoyed the Tim Hortons miniaturized inside the Bolla Market.
I bought soft vanilla yogurt in a cup with cheesecake squares and blueberry dots. Delicious!
Parking: There was adequate parking in front of the store.
