Stopped in for lunch. Restaurant and counter area with food were very clean. I had a bowl with the honey chicken, yellow rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, shredded cheese, and guacamole. The honey chicken was very tender and flavorful, so good!! My husband had a bowl in the fried tortilla, which was fresh and crunchy. He ordered the honey and shredded chicken. Both were excellent. He loaded his bowl with more than I can list. It was an enjoyable lunch. For 2 bowls and 2 bottles of water $35. Out of all these chains, this was the best for us by far.

Staff is always friendly and we prefer this to chipotle. True, chipotle's chips are unmatched but Adobo definitely has better food in our opinion. & like i said, the staff is always very friendly and patient when youre ordering. Whole package at this place - go!

Sorry it took so long, been coming here since they opened and it has consistently blown away anything like it in the area since. Best birria tacos I've had hands down (the chicken ones) best deals on Uber eats I've ever seen. Used to do big orders for my coworkers all the time the quality can't be beat by any Cabo or Chipotle in the area. My guy behind the counter always got the best energy too when I come in, never skimps on ingredients always fresh, can't praise it enough.

Trying as many Mexican places in Seldan, Centereach, Coram and Ronkonkoma. Adobe is top notch!! While delivery for DoorDash, picked up 3 chicken hard tacos. First, delicious chicken cooked perfectly. Second, no wait time! Third, very nice staff.

This place is awesome. They exceed there expectations, adobo is a welcoming and clean restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious, you have more options and above all you get your moneys worth. We got two burritos that were bulging at the seems. The two young gentleman were more than polite and informative. They answered all of our questions about the ingredients and gave us free samples, gave me a free jarritos, and my one year old a bunch of fries for being patient. I will definitely be going back there before I ever go back to a chipotle!
