Lady who took my order was rude. She ignored me when I went to add stuff to my order and went in the back to cook. She rung someone up with the same gloves she handled cash with. Then when I paid handed my card back with the same gloves on. Had egg and bacon juice on my card. Expensive too and it doesn't come with a coffee or juice! Sorry, last time coming here.

The customer service experience was okay the one lady kept referring to me as a boy, but after working 16 hrs…. I just wanted my food the sandwich was good but the wait time is a little extensive. Please change your gloves once you handle money, and even after making someone else’s order because a lot of people have food allergies and cross contamination is a thing.

Got to the deli at 2:50PM and door was locked but the open sign was. We called and they took our order but the grouchy woman behind the counter was very nasty and her attitude was the worse. They said they closed at 3PM but google said 4PM. While my food was good the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be going back to this deli for sure.

This place sucks every time i been there, just convenient to stop at. Got 2 bagels and scallion cream cheese and it was $9.23, and their version of toasted DARK is the INSIDE of the bagel is black and the outside ISNT EVEN TOASTED. Come on yo this is long island all them locations should know how bagels should be! Tf is this?

There prices are ridiculous high I got 12 bagel and cream cheese they say you get to extra free and the women charged me for the extra bagel. it was almost 40.00 dollars when asked so high got told that just the price. Will no longer going

I took a drink out and asked my friend if he wanted it. He said no, so, of course, I put the drink back where it belonged, and instead got a different drink and paid for it. But, as we were leaving through the door, the rude owner came from the back and went up to us and in front of everyone, with a very nasty attitude, told us we still had to pay for the drink and how she was going to check the cameras. I explained to her we paid for everything but she still went on. I understand it was a misunderstanding, but she needs to work on her approach and attitude. We felt very unwelcomed.

Awful first time experience! Had a doordash pickup for a customer but was not acknowledged by staff due a large display case in front of the order pickup area, I then waited online 10-15 minutes. As soon as a new customer walked in they immediately skipped me and tried to serve them, once I opened my mouth an old lady yelled at me to re-wait at the order pickup area…time between 9:52am-10:11am
