Do not recommend going here at all! First off, shocked how much they charge... a 3 bagel with cream cheese almost $15 (with tax)??? And a SMALL house deli iced tea thats halfway filled with ice is over $3?? Just plain expensive, and bagels are average at best.
Then as a side note, as i waited 30 min on line to place an order, i watched the food being cooked on the grill, NOTHING was sizzling when bacon and eggs were placed on it. doesn't food supposed to sizzle as soon as cracked on there? Seems like grill temp was set too low.
additionally, cashier did good job wearing gloves while preparing and handling food. But I also observed that she never took them off while handling all the coins and money. She never changed her gloves during my entire long wait between all of the customers.
Again, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Wish i read past reviews of this place before coming here.

Stopped in for a to go breakfast while running an errand in the area. I had a great experience. Ordered toasted plain bagel with scallion cream cheese, chocolate fudge cookie and chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles. It was soooooo good. My bagel was perfect. I hadn't had one like this in quite a while. Not baked too plumply while still super soft and the toasted crunch was just the way I like it. Cream cheese had such a great taste and just the right amount to have a nice warm soft slightly melty texture. Bagel heaven. The donut and cookie were delicious too. They offered me my credit card receipt and were polite. Team members were working hard when I visited. Customers and team members all looked happy.

I stopped by this morning on my way back to Jersey. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The staff was so pleasant. The food...OMG..ABSOLUTELY DELISH. I was handed a snicker doodle cookie...the young who bakes, you are bomb!!!!!! Folks yall need to come down here and bring them business. Next time im in the area..im definitely coming back.

Angry behaviors, harsh words, all kinds of ugly behaviors are present in the employees of this workplace. Please be respectful towards people. I am writing to inform the boss and the manager.

My family goes here often and we never have a problem. When I walked in today to place an order I had a neat detailed list of what I wanted. I gave the list to mel and she still messed up our orders. I am a STRICT VEGETARIAN and there was BACON ON MY SANDWICH and she forgot the hot sauce. When I called I explained what happened they transferred me to the owner Maria who was rude and not helpful. She expected us to hold on to the sandwiches over night and bring them in tomorrow because we were on our way to the city which we had explained. We will never come here again.

Charged me $8.25 for a bagel with lox cream cheese spread. I asked counter person about this ridiculous price, thought maybe she’d made a mistake launched into some incoherent BS about the spread having actual pieces of smoked salmon in it. I wish I’d walked out. I called Bagels Our Way’s Medford location (which is great btw) and asked what they charged for this and they confirmed price was $4 to $5. According to person I spoke to at Medford (original) location they get lots of complaints about Selden location (which they have nothing to do with—totally different owner). Flagrantly ripping off non-regular customers.
Good food and great service but $23 for a toasted bagel with cream cheese lettuce sliced lox and an iced tea is out of control. Had I known it would be more than $15 I would’ve gotten Wendy’s breakfast.

Lady who took my order was rude. She ignored me when I went to add stuff to my order and went in the back to cook. She rung someone up with the same gloves she handled cash with. Then when I paid handed my card back with the same gloves on. Had egg and bacon juice on my card. Expensive too and it doesn't come with a coffee or juice! Sorry, last time coming here.

The customer service experience was okay the one lady kept referring to me as a boy, but after working 16 hrs…. I just wanted my food the sandwich was good but the wait time is a little extensive. Please change your gloves once you handle money, and even after making someone else’s order because a lot of people have food allergies and cross contamination is a thing.
