I took a drink out and asked my friend if he wanted it. He said no, so, of course, I put the drink back where it belonged, and instead got a different drink and paid for it. But, as we were leaving through the door, the rude owner came from the back and went up to us and in front of everyone, with a very nasty attitude, told us we still had to pay for the drink and how she was going to check the cameras. I explained to her we paid for everything but she still went on. I understand it was a misunderstanding, but she needs to work on her approach and attitude. We felt very unwelcomed.

Awful first time experience! Had a doordash pickup for a customer but was not acknowledged by staff due a large display case in front of the order pickup area, I then waited online 10-15 minutes. As soon as a new customer walked in they immediately skipped me and tried to serve them, once I opened my mouth an old lady yelled at me to re-wait at the order pickup area…time between 9:52am-10:11am

Tried calling in an order... Very first sentence said to me was "You gotta wait, I'm with a customer"Had two things to order, was being rushed off after only the first, and then hung up too quick for me to finish my order. Other Bagels Your Way locations are better but this one I've given several chances over the years and each time I come back, something like this usually happens. Very rough & rushed service.

Food is good here but one of the workers/cooks has such a nasty attitude when working with customers. Asked for grilled rolls with my breakfast sandwich and she had a problem with that request. Customer service could be better but the food makes up for the lack of friendly service.

Wowwwwwww wowwwww wowwww! I can't even say enough about this fabulous gem we accidentally found Enroute home to the Jersey Shore! We were met with the most friendliest staff and the menu is amazing! And then there's Joey He will melt your heart! My bagel sandwich came with a free coffee with a SMILE even on the lid. Cmon who does that in a busy deli! Customer service overload. Believe me you will leave there having them make your day! It's A MUST, I swear. So when you go... tell Joey that Dawn from Jersey sent ya #weneedporkroll

Buyer beware, check your order before leaving the store. I Paid $14.85 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and can't even get it made the way I ordered it. Called and spoke to the manager, she said I would have to come all the way back and bring in the sandwiches so they can correct them. I'm already at work 35 minutes away. A credit for the next visit would have been a better way to accommodate, but now they lost a customer. PS one of the lady's that works there was right outside the door arguing with someone on the phone.
