Our waitress was phenomenal and food delicious. However, the manager was berating the waitstaff in front of the entire restaurant, not once, but twice. I’m sorry that the waitstaff had to endure that in front of people also disturbing everyone’s dinner.
The waiter was so nice and professional. His name was Nick.

After long travel day ordered take out 85.00 Got chick parm, rice ball and veal franchise. The tomato sauce was so sweet it was not edible. After 3 bites I threw it out, tossed the pasta. My husband ordered franchise. He ate it but said it was so much lemon it was not good, he was just hungry do he ate it. He was a chef for years in his 30s . Rice ball had same sweetness to it. Lay off sugar in your sauce! Tossed it. So aggravated, should have made grilled cheese and saved 85.00. Ugh

Are used to come here regularly before they expanded and was great. When I got bigger, not so good. Was here a couple of months ago of Buffalo Pizza. It was the best day ever ever had a slice tonight. It’s the worst I ever had dried out doesn’t taste like buffalo chicken, I think they got too big

The chicken wasnt cooked well the table next to us had the same problem , kind of pricey charged me $10.50 for small side salad that has some Lettuce one cherry tomato and one slice of cucumber ..

Everything including the baskets of garlic knots that are included with meals, All Seafood meals including Shrimp Franchise & chicken meals my favorite is Marsala and soups, & appetizers and desserts are all very delicious! Specials every night! I love their dessert chocolate mousse! My husband and I went recently for my birthday! The waiter was excellent! The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly! Excellent ambience!
Great Food. Large Menu to chose from. The service was awesome. Rebecca our server was outstanding. Large portions of food. We had appetizers, Mushrooms. My sausage pizaoli was outstanding. Cooked to perfection.my wifes chicken special was really special. All the staff were working at peak performance. No wait to get in. Prices were reasofor the amount of food served. Dessert was great. Been there before. Will be there again. Being from a Italian family, this food is real Italian.

Spent a lovely evening with my wife. Ordered the gnocchi and chicken dish. Shared a bottle of wine and thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. Live music by Sean and jazzy was a nice touch. Very affordable and would highly recommend.

I was very excited to come here for the first time on July 30th, 2024, per a recommendation. The waiter (I wish I can remember his name, was very attentive) The garlic bread was soaked in melted butter with flavorless garlic pieces. (Curious where was the parsley and parmesan cheese was on the bread).
I ordered fettuccine carbonara, which was flavor less and was covered in dice onions in a white watery sauce. The waiter was kind enough to swap it out with chicken francese. When my plate arrived the chicken didn’t look fully cooked and was in a sauce that taste like Lipton soup. (No lemon flavor). I figured not to make a big deal and take it home and fix it. I packed up the chicken.
The nasty unprofessional manager came over and asked what was wrong. I explained (mind you, never once raised my voice, made a complaint, or a big deal) He took my to go food and said if you didn’t like then your not taking it.
I feel bad for the waiter because he was very accommodating, and provided excellent service.
I will never step foot in this place again.

The food here was incredible. The service was very good and the price was decent. I went on pasta night, they gave you a drink, soup or a salad, a pasta choice, and dessert for $22. The portions were really good too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Just had a large pie ordered chopped garlic was all over pizza. Where you'd think it was grated cheese. Literally all OVER. So disgusting! We couldn't even eat but Was this done on purpose!?
