Ordered 2 Dashes, the employee didn’t seem new but had no idea how to make it, literally got 2 cups of ice cream, they were in wrong cups, as I read the other reviews this location seems to do this on purpose, will never go here again, they should be held responsible for serving customers like this

My husband went in to get the buy 1 get 1 sundaes offered on Wednesday. Asked for no hot fudge on his but instead asked to put that hot fudge on mine along with the regular portion of hot fudge. Told can't do that and they charged him for the extra hot fudge. So now they just lost a weekly customer, we will hit the Carvel in Pt Jeff instead. Bad business decision.

I am extremely upset with my recent order. I specifically ordered a Reese’s Sundae, and instead, Carvel delivered a S’mores Sundae. This is not just an issue of preference—it’s a serious problem because I am allergic to graham crackers. Food allergies are not something to be taken lightly, and a mistake like this could have caused a medical emergency.
I expect much better quality control and attention to detail, especially when it comes to food safety. This kind of error is unacceptable, and it makes me lose trust in ordering from Carvel again unless there’s a clear effort to address how these mistakes are handled..

Got a pistachio ice cream cone and by the time I got to the front door it was dripping all over the place. Could not enjoy it as I had to eat it so fast before it melted away. Very disappointed.

New to the area. First and last experience. Sundae dasher (something I’ve frequently got from multiple different carvel locations across Long Island) came in the wrong cup. When asked why it’s being placed in the wrong (much smaller size) cup the woman said the clear cups were the old ones. She proceeded to make the dasher and made it completely wrong. Essentially it was a cup of vanilla soft serve ice cream extremely up charged for. My boyfriend pulled up the dasher cup on the website and told the woman she was ripping people off and she knew exactly what she was doing. Clearly after reading the reviews when we left … she’s been doing it quite some time. Will not be going back to this carvel ever again.

Was charged for extra crunchies in a custom cake we ordered, and was given less than whats usually in the cakes to begin with. Called to speak to a manager about the situation.. recieved a call back from a worker who implied we were lying and was told theres 'nothing they can do about it now'.

Stopped in for a birthday cake on a Friday. There was a large selection to choose from, and many other treats as well, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my first time visiting this location but it will not be my last. Thank you to the staff for being kind and writing so beautifully on the cake!

What on earth is wrong with these freaking reviews? I had an amazing experience! Truly a caring environment! Ice cream and milkshake was great.
Oh and did I mention the woman serving us was awesome? Truly excellent experience and highly recommend

Maggie gave me the complete wrong item.. spoke to her manager Cheryl on the phone to get another one but it was done wrong again. This is a peanut butter cup sundae dasher? With no peanut butter
