Cella Bagels isn’t just a bagel shop it’s pure happiness in a paper bag. Every single morning, I’m greeted by the two absolute stars of the place: Marissa and Vicky. These two don’t just make bagels; they make your day. Their energy, kindness, and genuine care turn a simple coffee run into the best part of my morning. They always make my bagel perfect and amazing and with sooo much love thank you both sooo soo much and you guys are amazing for remembering my order every time
Marissa always greets me with a smile that could brighten any day, and Vicky has this amazing attention to detail that makes every order perfect. They remember everything how I like my bagel toasted, what I usually get, even the little things most people overlook. That kind of love and consistency is rare, and it shows how much they truly care about their customers.

I’ve been to Cells Bagels twice now, and both times were a total disaster. The first time, I got a bagel that was so hard it felt like it had been sitting out for hours — borderline inedible. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. Big mistake. The second time, I asked for my bagel lightly toasted. What I got was charred — completely black. I asked for it to be remade, and they handed me a new one that wasn’t toasted at all. How do you mess that up twice in one order? It’s not just bad service — it’s careless. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, and there’s zero attention to detail. If you actually like your bagels fresh, edible, and made with even a little effort, go literally anywhere else. Total waste of time and money. Never again

Went in this morning for a plain toasted bagel with vegan cream cheese. Asked worker to make sure the bagel itself was vegan and he said "we don't have any vegan bagels - why would we have that?"

A huge shoutout to the team at Cella Bagels & Grill in Selden, and especially to Marissa for providing such great customer service! My visit today was the definition of quick and easy, which is exactly what you hope for when you're grabbing a bite. From the moment I walked in, Marissa was welcoming and efficient, making the ordering process a breeze. It’s service like that that makes a good local spot a great one. And the food? It tasted fantastic. Everything was fresh and delicious, hitting the spot perfectly. When you get fast service, a friendly face, and great-tasting food all in one visit, you know you've found a winner. I'll definitely be coming back to Cella Bagels & Grill. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality meal without the wait!

I visited the store and ordered breakfast for my son and I. While the food was being prepared I used the ATM machine located in their store. The ATM machine dispensed my money with ink sticking to each bill, getting on my hands and shirt. When when I walked to the register and explained what had happened with my money and that I wanted to exchange it for clean $20 bills. At what time the boss or owner intervenes. He started making up excuses as to why he could not give me an exchange for the money that had ink all over it. Made up excuses about how he doesn't give change and that he's not responsible for the ATM. He also proceeds to tell me that the number to call is on the machine if I have a problem with the transaction. So I decided to call his bluff and tell him that I was calling the police! Suddenly he opens up the register and gives me clean money! Then he starts telling me that I need to take a tranquilizer. Meanwhile the guy behind me that experience the same problem with the ATM did not even deal with this man because he knew he wouldn't get anywhere. Instead he just cursed and walked out. He was also called names by this person. What a horrible way to treat your customers! I'm sure you guys out there agree!
