The manager, James P was very helpful and suggested the best food to order for my first time at Chick-fil-A. Food was great, order came fast and James kept making sure that everything came out okay and that we had all sauces we needed. He informed us that we were able to get free refills upon checking up on us! 10/10 service and food.

The folks working thare are very nice, courteous, attentive, and kind. The place was very clean, including the men's room. The paper towel dispenser must have been broken or empty. The chicken tortilla was tasty. The chicken deluxe sandwich was well cooked, hot, and fresh. The waffle fries were hot and crisp. My wife did not like the chicken in the sandwich. She feels it may be the taste of the oil it was fried in. Overall, we like the chicken noodle soup, fries, mac and cheese, tortilla soup, and shakes. The value was comparable.

This place is obnoxiously slow for no reason. The owner absolutely don’t care. No wonder the place in Port Jefferson is packed and this place is empty. Do yourself a favor and just drive to Port Jefferson. You’ll get your food faster.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I stopped here this morning for breakfast on my way to work. all i ordered is a chicken biscuit sandwich through the drive-through and they had me pull up and wait. i sat in my car waiting for my ONE food item for over 25 minutes while everybody else in the line behind me got their food. absolutely Do not recommend anybody comes here. I was late to work and got written up.
Fries were overly salty had to give them back.
