Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went to Chipotle today (September 1st around 1pm) with my friend and had a terrible experience. My friend ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken, and the worker (Asian male) was messing around and not taking it seriously. The first scoop was fine, but the second scoop wasn’t even a full spoon. We had to repeat ourselves 3 times, and eventually just gave up dealing with him. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. This kid needs to be fired—please, Chipotle, do something about it.

(This is the friend) I am appalled by the quality of the food, the rice was crunchy and my friend almost choked on it. Unacceptable.

The food was horrible the steak tasted like fish and it was $21 for a bowl that was not even half way filled. My boyfriend got extra steak and they just gave him the little bit that was left in the container. Horrible food and dirty atmosphere. Not worth it

Dirty, dirty, dirty. 7 people behind the counter tables a mess, beverage station sticky, work station gross, cheese all over prep table in back, trash all over floor. Only one female worker was busting her ass, but even then had to wait cause she had to remake one of the meals, and not sure why.

Best chipotle on Long island. The OG location, if you know u know, this place is solid as it gets, consistently great food and service. The chefs do a wonderful job.

Stopped by earlier today. Got double portions of steak on two burritos. Barely scooped and even dropped multiple pieces of meat while ordering. Double portion could barely be passed off as a single portion with how little protein was there. Then when I took a bite the tortilla was cold. Tables were also dirty and unkempt. Don’t see myself coming back here again.

Whole bag ripped. Didn’t even have the decency to say there is an empty cup In my bag so now it’s missing the drink for a mobile order. Usually very good experience here, today something was off

this place is BEYOND trash. food is always undercooked practically RAW. they ALWAYS mess up simple orders and are extremely rude

I love chipotle but this is gross. If you’re out of guac or only have grey/brown guac that looks a week old, just don’t use it. Everyone at my work couldn’t believe they actually packed this and sent it out with DoorDash
