Went to Chipotle in Selden on Thursday 4/18/2024 at 5:15pm. The food was cold and tasteless. The rice was crunchy and clumpy, the guacamole was dark green and lumpy, and the lettuce was withered. I did not enjoy it at all.

The food is good. Restaurant is mostly always clean. There is little to no wait time, even with a long line. However, there's some issues with the online orders. They skimp out more on online orders, which is kind of annoying, so it's better to order in person. Other than that W location.Parking: It's located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking.

Overpriced. They don't fill up the bowls either. Over $30 for a burrito and a bowl just for the carne asada to be tough. Make your own burritos at home or go to a local place. Just another garbage chain concerned with profit.

This is my go to Chipotle. Keep giving them chances with the rice but its literally ALWAYS hard and hurts my teeth. Will be going back to the Port Jeff location. So annoying. Ordered quesadillas, was given a soft barbacoa taco lol. Done with this location.
Just seems like Chipotle has been on the decline. Portions are getting smaller and smaller and prices are crazy high. Like I'm paying between 15 and 18 bucks for a bowl that's mostly rice. This time the rice was undercooked and hard and the beans were also undercooked. I couldn't even smash them with my fork. On top of that there was barley any protein. It's a no go for me. I can buy a whole pork shoulder for 18 bucks and make 40 bowls that are better portioned.

Came in and ordered a bowl to go with the new carne asada steak. My white rice was literally still hard so it was undercooked. It was from the bottom of the bucket and I asked to wait for new rice and he told me i would have to wait a while....what would you have done if someone came in after me? Can't serve rice at chipotle? That's odd.

The man who decided to take over the order of my mother was very rude and impatient and racist. he had a hard time being patient with my mom who was trying to see what to order and spoke way to fast and got annoyed when my mother didn’t understand him due to how fast he was speaking and how quietly it was too. he was overall very rude and made the experience very unenjoyable.
