Great post workout shakes. The staff is always informative and attentive. And the shakes have been delicious. Each time I’ve stopped in I’ve tried a different flavor. I’ve had strawberry banana, chocolate coconut and oatmeal cookie 😋

I’ve been coming here for years but I’m so disappointed how they make their drinks now. Each energize tea is $10. The amount of ice the girl puts is absolutely baffling. I always buy 2-3 drinks when I come in and to be paying almost $30 for straight up ice is insane. The majority of the drink is ice. Do better

We absolutely love Energize Nutrition. They have what we are looking for- delicious healthy protein and energy packed Nutrition. We love their protein shakes as a meal replacement. Our favorite if you're wondering where to start are the banana nut bread with chocolate drizzle or the pumpkin pancake with caramel drizzle. For the energy teas there's so many. We really like the Peach Bellini, Maui Sunrise, Autumn Breeze, Apple Cider and the Blackberry Sangria. It's fun to change it up, never boring. We also take advantage of the grab and go protein snacks and banana caramel over night oats with fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana. Everything is well proportioned and we feel great with these healthy choices. We joined the gym and it's a great combo that's really working and helping us!

I have never been here before. the space is nice as was the employee. I ordered a protein coffee and it was one of the worst thing I've ever tasted. hours late I still could not get the taste out of my mouth.

I visited this shop pretty recently after a busy morning of working out and not having time to make breakfast so I stopped in and ordered their chunky monkey shake. It was delicious! Not only that but it was filling and nutritious with 33 grams of protein! Perfect for a post workout. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative on what they recommended as well as answered all my questions about the ingredients. The shop was clean and enjoyable to be in. I can’t wait to come back and try more teas and shakes. I definitely recommend it!
