didnt give me my change because they had no coins, we had to wait 10 minutes just to speak to the employees, took 40 minutes for my one slider. and checkout system is terrible. and the employee ignored me

Went there to pick up a delivery order. There was 1 man working. Took him 6 mins to make a burger for the woman ahead of me. Then ha made a 2-burger order that wasn’t being picked up for 15 more mins THEN started my 1-burger order. After 5 mins I asked him how long til I’m done he said 2 more minutes. I waited 2 more then walked out.
The place is dirty. Every single table has grease marks on it but nobody was eating inside (it’s Christmas Eve). The floor hasn’t been mopped. If the man had less of an attitude for me interrupting his air pods I would never have even paid such attention to anything else. But once you lash out at me instead of just saying HANG ON IM BUSY BACK HERE you’re on my radar. I could list so much more but I don’t want an inspector to see this and go there.

Great food, but horrible service at the Selden location. My wife has gone here multiple times because she loves the chicken, and to be fair, the chicken and onion rings taste great. That part never disappoints.
Unfortunately, the service has been bad every time she has gone. She has not been treated well, and after hearing similar things from others, it starts to feel like a pattern. I do not know if this location discriminates against women, but it has come up more than once and that is concerning.
The location itself does not seem well maintained, and ordering is very difficult and confusing. Overall, the food is the only reason to come here. The service and condition of the place really take away from the experience.
