Food is normally great, we usually order 4 -5 subs.. My daughter has food allergies and Gluten free is great, however, she is also Dairy free and I order without cheese. This is the 2nd time it has came with cheese. My only suggestion is to pay attention to the details.

I was so pleased when I learned that Jersey Mikes has gluten free subs. I went to the Selden location as it was near my vet. I was so pleased when my server fastidiously cleaned the counter of bread crumbs and got a clean knife to make my sub. She did a fantastic job! I thoroughly enjoyed my sub and I didn't get sick! Thank you so much, I really appreciate your effort.

Do not ever go here. They are rude, dismissive, and quite honestly slow. Rocky Point runs circles around these jokers. Special shout out the wildebeest w the nose ring for being extra rude. You literally had to hand me the bag.

SUPER disappointed in my first ever experience coming to this place. Got a wrap what was supposed to have no bacon, extra lettuce tomato and pickle, I asked for it to be grilled and they assured me that they can do that. Ashley made my wrap and literally ignored every request.. I opened my wrap and it was not grilled, no extras were added, and on top of that it had bacon. It’s really not that hard to follow what’s on a piece of paper especially when it’s not that busy and there’s literally 5 people working there. I’m never going back there due to this terrible experience.

I’m in the QSR field as well as a director of people and ops and this place consistently closes early.
I’d suggest not going after 8:30 to prevent not being served.

I went in a few days ago, the store is insanely hot and not bearable for the workers. When I was in the store the owner of a few of the stores came in and started drilling on a young man that works there for not wearing the correct uniform, but I completely understand why not because it’s over 90° in the store. He kept nagging the worker while he was trying to deal with customers and the kid quit on the spot because he couldn’t take the disrespectful attitude from the person that should be leading by example. He then proceeded to say that he couldn’t afford to fix the air conditioner, walked out the door and got into his insanely expensive car. I think it’s embarrassing for the owner that’s 60+ years old to talk to a close to 21 year old man like that. I pray the ac gets fixed and there needs to be some change at the store. I’m worried because it’s mainly young adults at the store that work there, probably 16-22 and the reason I’m worried is because if the owner talks to the workers like that to the workers in front of customers I can only imagine how he talks to them behind closed doors. I pray the ac gets fixed because it’s genuinely not fair to force them to wear the whole work outfit in the store. God bless the jersey mikes crew and I hope the general manager and owner of the store gets in trouble for treating their crew members like that.

No Ac in store, bread is tiny, less meat on sandwich and price went up Tables are not cleaned. Guys are pretty nice. Only one girl .I use to like alot. Now I feel like the portion is smaller and price ridiculous.

Once again they screwed up my order. Last time we ordered they screwed up two sandwiches. This time I specifically wrote down each sandwich and what to put on it and again they messed up a sandwich. Will travel anywhere else to get my sandwiches it never to Coram again.
