I went to a quick bite to the Selden location @ 11AM. There were only two male customers who were already being attended to. The employee Jonathan then asked if anyone needed help & I asked for a Club Sub. He then told me to go around & get on line , so I asked why if no one else was there. He refused to take my order unless I did what he told me. I am recovering from a Total knee Replacrment & was in pain but he didnt care. I walked out so much for customer service.

We ordered 3 subs and picked them up to eat at home. One of them was made incorrectly. So I called and got the nicest guy on the phone, named Jon. He aplogized for the error, took ownership of the problem and offered a refund for the items. It was a quick and seemless transaction and I really appreciated his approach and how easy he turned around a ruined lunch experience.
More employees can learn from Jon.

After a visit to the Selden location today, all I can say is think twice before coming to this location. When asked a simple question the server behind the counter answered rudely and rolled her eyes as if she could not be bothered to attend to a paying customer. When I asked a follow-up question she again rolled her eyes and refused to answer me. When I asked for her name, she refused to answer me. The manager, Brandon, came out to assist. Upon trying to speak to him, he also refused to give me her name and his as well. I asked for their names because I wanted to make a formal complaint to the company. Then, he threw my sandwich against the wall and said you are not getting anything here and told me to get out. Then they called the police because I would not leave without their names. I did receive a call from the owner the same day, which was professional and she apologized for the way my son and I were treated. Unfortunately, this was an upsetting experience today.​

Food is normally great, we usually order 4 -5 subs.. My daughter has food allergies and Gluten free is great, however, she is also Dairy free and I order without cheese. This is the 2nd time it has came with cheese. My only suggestion is to pay attention to the details.

I was so pleased when I learned that Jersey Mikes has gluten free subs. I went to the Selden location as it was near my vet. I was so pleased when my server fastidiously cleaned the counter of bread crumbs and got a clean knife to make my sub. She did a fantastic job! I thoroughly enjoyed my sub and I didn't get sick! Thank you so much, I really appreciate your effort.

Do not ever go here. They are rude, dismissive, and quite honestly slow. Rocky Point runs circles around these jokers. Special shout out the wildebeest w the nose ring for being extra rude. You literally had to hand me the bag.

SUPER disappointed in my first ever experience coming to this place. Got a wrap what was supposed to have no bacon, extra lettuce tomato and pickle, I asked for it to be grilled and they assured me that they can do that. Ashley made my wrap and literally ignored every request.. I opened my wrap and it was not grilled, no extras were added, and on top of that it had bacon. It’s really not that hard to follow what’s on a piece of paper especially when it’s not that busy and there’s literally 5 people working there. I’m never going back there due to this terrible experience.
