Stopped when I saw a super nice exterior and interior coffee shop. Nice tables, lighting and decor with a full coffee bar. Unfortunately I had to to go in the back to get the coffee which was old and stale. Why bother making a beautiful coffee shop of your just serving old deli coffee. Staff was very nice but I don’t think they understand about good coffee.

Been a customer for 3 decades. Since being taken over by new ownership, sandwiches have been inconsistent at best. Sometimes you get a hero that is mostly bread the next time you get the big over stuffed hero they have always been known for. You order a 1/2 hero and get a quality 1/2 hero the next time it a 1/4 hero with little in it. It's seems lately you just don't know what your going to get until you get it. I hope they get it figured out, and get consistent

I went to Kim's Cafe for a quick bite this morning before my next appointment. The Cafe looks small from the outside. But once you get inside it is Much Bigger and spacious than I thought. It was Clean and Organized. The 2 young ladies behind the counter were busy filling orders, and at the same time they politely asked a gentleman, and then me what would we like to order (separately) being ever so nice.They had all kinds of goodies. I ordered an egg sandwich. Boy!! It Was Delicious!!! I will Definitely go back again.....and Yes they Do Have Earl Grey Tea!!! Wonderful.

I had a meatball with provolone cheese sandwich and two side dishes. it was very good and I would recommend it.
Sadly, not what it used to be. Slower service, staff intentionally ignores/avoids you if things are taking too long so they dont need to offer an explanation. After the long wait the food is very good so meh, 3 stars.
