This review is for the owner shop who took over nick and gina’s!!I’ve been to this place once before and it was very good, tonight my family and I decided to dine in the dining room. We got there around 6:50 and we sat there until 7:45. The only thing they brought out was grilled chicken that was meant to be with a dinner dish that we ordered. We got up and left. We asked to pay for only what we already had received (drinks, and the chicken) we didn’t even get our entrees! The minute we told them we were leaving. They packed them in a to go container. We told them we didn’t want the food. The waitress was very rude, after she found out we were leaving she said that we should’ve told her that we were in a rush. Seriously? Is an hour a normal wait time for 2 slices of pizza, one entree, and a rice ball? I understand that this place is under new ownership, but get your act together. Please teach your staff about customer service, and hire more cooks in the kitchen.Going for a slice of pizza is one thing, but DO NOT come here unless you plan on spending at least 2 hours of your time.

Overall pizza is not bad and pasta dishes are very good as well. Just didn't have the best experience last time i picked up food which will make me probably stay away unfortunately but the staff and owners are very friendly. They have been around for years!

I have just moved here and wanted to try Nick and Gina's pizza and wanted to know the price of their Sicilian pie and it wasn't posted on their menu online. So i decided to go elsewhere where their prices were posted on their menu online. And they've now got a brand new customer. Sorry.

We absolutely love Nick & Gina's, especially the story behind the name. To get the story, you'll have to go there. Their pizza is top notch. Recently, we were there for Pasta Night. The dining room is quaint and cozy, there servers are super friendly and attentive, and the food was fabulous. On top of that, when the owner comes out of the kitchen to check on all of their guests, that says a lot about their character and their passion for what they do.

Pizza is SUPER yummy!! However, online prices are not updated which is a bit deceiving. Wasn't happy to find out what I thought I was paying wasn't the same when I got there. Owner said he is working on updating them but still the same unfortunately. Pizza is worth whatever price it is though! Excited to go back!

The food is great & always a good timely manor. Used to do take outs on Friday's but haven't been back in a while, one of the girls seems Farley new. Very rude and non sociable, yells a lot and forgets things I say when I order. When I go to approach it she's very rude and not helpful. She slouches while taking orders on the computer. I don't she's professional for a front running person. Other than that Steve and his family are wonderful people and his food is top notch

Nick-and-Ginas is always a pleasure to visit. Tonight my Family and I took advantage of 'Pasta Night' (Salad, Meal and a choice of beverage for $16). The food comes from the oven, piping hot, well presented and the portions are very generous. The staff are pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. The best part, for me, is that N&G engenders a family atmosphere which patron pickup on quickly. All in all; delicious food plus a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Best hidden jem in Suffolk. The food here is excellent and the staff is great, I've had catering done here, company party's, brought many guests over the years and they all turn into loyal Nick & Gina's customers. It's a great spot, check it out! But don't tell too many people, I don't want to have to make reservations :-p
