Picking up a dozen donuts for work. It was a Sunday morning, the line was long and everyone was happy. Fresh donuts cooking, topped to order. Delicious! $27 for a dozen so this will be a once in a while treat.

Panera Selden is one of the better, healthier choices for fast food in our area. They offer rewards if you order thru their website and a low shipping fee. Customer Service is excellent. I just want to post this "Public Svc. Announcement." Watch out for the Zesty Sweet Peppers on the Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich. They are HOT, HOT, HOT; unlike the sweet peppers you get at Subway. I couldn't eat the sandwich, but Customer Svc. took care of me.

No one at counter to order! Then get a wrong order,pay more! Food was terrible! It seems everyone was partying in kitchen!😠
Walked to girl at the register who ignored me for 3 minutes, which sounds short but is an eternity when you are looking to have your 1st cup of coffee for the day. She finally acknowledged me by yelling over to one of her co-workers to come out front to help me, not once looking at me or saying anything.

Panera bread in selden would not take my order at 8:50 pm claimed they only accept pick up orders at this time.
I needed to add something to my order the cashier charged me twice when i asked about it she said “everything is cheaper online” and would NOT refund me.
Her manager vinny finally came to the window and said “oh thats an easy fix” when i asked him for the original receipt he refused and gave me 2 copies of the refund receipt.
Ridiculous paying so much money for food and be treated like that.

I was disappointed with the quantities, my soup was definitely more watery and there was almost nothing on the bread, but what did make me angry was my not at all cheap salad ?...it was almost nothing! more lettuce but little.
