I’m like one of the regulars I always get pizza on the weekends they’re super fast getting it out to me. I practically know all the delivery drivers never had one bad pizza and I love their cheese dipping pizza sauce it’s so good.
The pizza is disgusting. The sauce they use doesn't taste like real pizza sauce. I will never eat this pizza even if it was the only pizza on earth.

This is how I received my order I’m so disgusted. I’m assuming my food was drop cause wings were missing an had multiple hairs on it!!! Box was ripped never again !!!!!! Also ice cold which is not surprising!

I went to Papa John's with my family over this past week to get pizza. Me and my family love pizza we always look forward to it. We go once a week to different Pizza Place and review their pizza. This week it at Papa John's it was terrible. The service there is nothing like I have ever seen, it was horrible me and my family did not enjoy this dinner at Papa John's. When we got there, the hours said open but they were closed so we had to call Papa John's to get our pizza. And that not like it was quick and easy, it took them a whole hour and half to get my pizza. It's not like the pizza good anyways I found a piece of hair in my slice of pizza, by the way, I am bald, so it couldn't have been mine. My kids didn't enjoy it and so didn't my wife. There was more steam coming off over her than the pizza it was cold and dry. We didn't even get to go into the store and could enjoy the ambiance in a visit. I do not recommend coming to this Papa John's, Me and my family had to go somewhere else, because the kids didn't enjoy the food, and were still hungry. Again I don't recommend coming to this Papa John's from my experience, but you might have some other experience than me and my family.

I ordered light cheese pizza and they give me regular cheese I mean lot cheese and then he start arguing with me say there is three people working and it was light cheese pizza and we don't make lighter then this very poor customer service please atleast don't lie.
Really good more accesible they close 3 am so I like more

I had an issue with my food not being delivered on time I called and spoke to the Navid and he was able to accommodated me! But the delivery driver needs to work on his driving skills because when my late pizza was arriving I was crossing the street to go to my local convenience and when the driver was turning onto my block he was speeding and almost hit me

The guy making pizza was nice but he was NOT wearing gloves while making pizzas. He came to the counter, used computer and whatnot and went back to making pizza with the same hands while i stood there. Highly disappointed. Please enforce proper hygiene.
