I been in this place around 12 time and they NEVER have coffe , I mean is a restaurant usually in the end of the dinner/ lunch you would like coffe with some dessert , some tea specifically in winter time , like comeon, DONT be CHEAP !!!! Who goes to a restaurant and they dont sell coffe???

Coming in we were greeted by the friendly staff here and seated quickly. We were all new to this menu and the waiter helped explain some items for us very well. We started with empanadas and antichucho which were both excellent. Half the table said the empanadas were the best they ever had! The entrees were all enjoyed the grilled and fried chicken plates were juicy and delicious. The tallerines verde was very tasty though the grilled steak that came with it was overcooked and dry. The kids chicken fingers were enjoyed by everyone! We will come back to try some other choices on the menu! Overall very good!

First time visit. Was really impressed with quality & quantity of food and service. It’s something different and I’d strongly recommend giving it a try. Had the Rotisserie chicken, fries and salad all for $20. Excellent!

2nd time back and just had an avocado salad to go. After they charged me was told they are out of avocados.
So I told them just give me a regular salad, but I guess they don’t want to go through the hassle of refunding the difference or something, the other lady at the front went into the kitchen for couple mins then came out said they have it now.
Then when I get home to eat it, I find out the avocado is freaking solid hard. It’s one of those green skinned ones not ready to eat yet.
No wonder why they told me first they are out then all of a sudden they have it now.
They could have just told me when I was there, but instead they had to lie and serve sub quality food. Needless to say I am not going back.
Also, 15 freaking bucks for an avocado salad!

I found this gem of a Peruvian restaurant by chance and I am happy I drove here. The food reminded me on my mom’s home cooked meals. I highly recommend the Lomo Saltado! The hostess Katy & all of the staff were super friendly and made my experience even better!!

The food is great, but the service is awful to say the least. So, we now order take out. We tried 4 times to dine in and all were terrible. Thats enough of trying. Get better staff who attends to the tables and don't just drop the food and disappear until the check.

I called to get some information regarding the menu and pricing as there’s no website. No one spoke English. Someone else got on the phone and they also didn’t speak English. I asked for the owner, possibly they may speak English since they need to speak and understand the language to receive permits to run the restaurant. They hung up the phone. Very frustrating. All I wanted was to see a menu before driving there. Welp, now I won’t be going there. So disappointing but more annoying 🙄🙄
Picchu is hands-down one of the best Peruvian restaurants I’ve ever been to. Every single dish is made with so much heart and thoughtfulness—you can taste the love in every bite.

Food is great, however, i ordered a 1/2 a chicken and apparently today there is no 1/2 chicken. So i only received my rice which was my side. I paid for a driver to come to my house for rice. No call, no text or anything from the restaurant. Super unprofessional and rude! Will not be ordering again

I wish that I could say good things about this place but after trying it twice, the redeeming qualities are overwhelming outweighed by the negatives. On two consecutive occasions, this restaurant has failed to deliver on all of the items in my order and when confronted about it has refused to issue a refund. Last week, I placed an order from them on uber eats, although the food that came was good, they failed to pack a complete entree which left us a full dinner short. When I called and told them what happened, they were dismissive, blamed the uber driver, told me they could not issue a refund and instead that I could either come pick up the food myself, make a new uber order for a side (that we did not want) and they would send out the missing plate with the side, or that I could dispute the charge with uber. Since the first two options were unacceptable, I disputed the charge and was refunded the $26 for the entree that was missing. This said, the items that were delivered were genuinely good. So good, that we decided to try it out again today and this time I called in a pick up order. When I picked up the order, I thought surely, everything was given to me and because I didn’t want to sit there and look through the bags, I trusted everything would be in there. Wrong. When I got home and unpacked the bags, I again realized we were missing an item. When we called to alert them of the issue and asked for a refund we were told they could not issue a refund “because the account is closed.” They instead offered again for us to either drive 30 mins away to pick it up the missing item or that we could have a store credit Although this, in and of itself is enough for many to be done with the restaurant, the remainder of the food this time was subpar. The two lomo saltados we ordered were under cooked, the vegetables were cold and the sauce was distinctly different than the last and did not taste good. Truly disappointed, especially because we were looking forward to continuing being patrons of both this location and the new location they are about to open. Hopefully, they can fix this, but sadly, I can’t see myself justifying the price of these meals for the hit and miss quality we’ve experienced.
