Horrendous service. Don’t come here unless you have a spare 30 minutes. I stood online for 15 minutes while staff was still working on the same customer. I walked out and will never return to this location. If this was Manhattan or another busy area they would be out of business.

Ordered through the app. When I walked over to the counter where the drinks were I looked at them without touching them. I saw my name and grabbed both drinks. The guy working behind the counter actually scolded me for grabbing MY drinks. I said why can’t I grab them they have my name on them. He then said just don’t grab them. See if I ever step foot in there again!
