I’ve gone here 2 times and both times they have messed up my order, the first time I got a sausage bacon egg and cheese with spk on an egg bagel I received a plain bagel with egg sausage and cheese no ketchup no bacon I should’ve learned to not go back after that but I gave them another chance the second time I got a ham bacon egg and cheese with spk on an egg bagel I received an egg everything bagel with ham bacon egg no salt no pepper no ketchup and no cheese granted when I said it was wrong they gave me another but didn’t give any compensation for the extra 6 minutes I had to wait for my food

If you don’t like burnt, oily, frozen home fries, make sure to mention that when you order your bagel. They will give it to you saying “it comes like that” and you obviously you end up paying more. $16 for an egg and cheese bagel that doesn’t have any taste is a little too much. 🤢

I ordered a Bacon, egg and cheese on a roll with 2 eggs. While I waited I also received a coffee with the order and when I got my meal it also came with home fries. Total was $10.85 with tax. I enjoyed the food very much.
Parking: All the associates were courteous, lovely, and sociable. Highly recommend a visit.
Kid-friendliness: You can also dine-in. Small (3 table) dining area.
I will never walk into the store ever again. I walked in. There was multiple people buying the counter two customers other than myself I stood in front of the register. No one acknowledge me. One lady stood in front of the register looking at me, then asked me if I wanted to order anything didn’t want to say nothing Super feeling of racial tension. I just turned around and walked out. I normally don’t like to leave reviews of negative manner, but I’m not gonna put up with it anymore color my skin chin dictate how I’m treated in this world 2024 with the times.
I love this Strathmore, friendly staff, delicious bagels, love that you get delicious potatoes with the egg sandwich. I came here a couple weeks ago with my 1 year old son, it was busy but I was craving a BEC and didnt mind waiting a few minutes on line. Since it was a little busy we were there for about 7-10 minutes. Seeing my son was getting a little antsy, the owner gave him a rainbow bagel to munch on as we wait. A little thing like that just made me a customer for life. Thank you!

I ordered a gluten-free bagel, understanding gluten-free because I have family members, so I know the bagels are probably frozen and would take a long time. But I also ordered a toasted bagel that wasn’t gluten-free. They gave me the toasted bagel first quickly, and it sat in the bag for 20 minutes, waiting for the gluten-free bagel, so the one in the bag was thrown in the garbage because it was useless. Why would you not wait until the gluten-free bagel was ready to toast the regular bagel?

I hadn't been to this store in a long time as I now frequent much better shops in town, but on Saturday at 1pm I went in for 2 orders of home fries and 3 hard rolls. I had no idea the size of the portions or the price. The nice guy rang my credit card without taking me the price. The portions were in the smallest container, I think its the 1/4 lb one. The potatoes were disgusting. Fried, some burnt, dry as a bone, no seasoning, no onions, no nothing. Maybe was the last 2 portions of the day!!! My charge for these items was $15.55!!! Won't ever be returning.
