Apparently, asking for a steak sandwich with the meat heated, but not toasting the bread, is enough to make the guy completely hostile. Ignored me and put the cold meat right on the bread, then added sauces even though my husband and I kept saying I’d asked for the meat heated. We explained I’m pregnant and can’t eat the bread after the cold meat was on it. He then threw the sandwich in the garbage, THEN TOOK IT BACK OUT OF THE GARBAGE AND TOLD US THATS THE WAY IT IS. Who in their right mind takes food out of the garbage and tries to sell it to a customer?!?!

Staff unkind and rude. Asked to have steak heated up separately. After not following instructions, pulled meat off sandwich, unsuccessfully, and put it back on. Asked to start from scratch, but the refused. In-between the put the sandwich in the garbage and then took it out again saying that they made it the way we asked. Never going there again!

Either they are illiterate or just don't care... we ordered 4 sandwiches that were simple orders in Door dash. They put onions on my tuna sandwich and onions on another sandwich that we did not ask for... I asked for banana peppers and again I was given onions and no banana peppers...
For 4 $13 dollar sandwiches, is it too much to ask that you at least try to get the sandwiches accurate?

If I could give a zero rating I would have. I read all the reviews and totally agree with all of them. DO NOT go to this store. Totally ignored rude and my sandwich barely had any turkey meat on it.i had ordered it online so I wasn't present when they made it. please don't waste your time going to this Subway

Friendly but not really interested in the food. She literally forgot to put the meat in the sandwich and what i did get was very little. Essentially the sandwich was just bread and lettuce

I went into the store at 6:04 pm to order a foot long, I was not greeted one employee was re stocking the fridge another behind the counter. I wait a few mins to place my oder both employees ignored me when I asked to place an order I was told they did not have bread. I could see that there were sandwiches being made. I asked what kind if bread is available the employee told me wheat and walked away from me. I waited 2 minutes then asked can I have a wheat foot long. Both employee then went to the back room and did not come out until I left. I was not given a reason for no service and was in the store with only one word spoken to me. Will never come back again there was no reason for this I was the only customer
I loved the store, the staff are very attentive and the sandwiches are delicious! I'll be back more often.

Literally the worst customer service in food industry. They make you wait forever, you can’t even speak to a person who speaks decent English, and to top it all off my sandwiches were not even made as requested.

Food was fine. However, we visited during night and was greeted by employee "sanjay." He was extremely rude and racist. I am a Muslim women who wears hijab. Extremely disappointed!
