I was transferring to another bus. The bus driver took me a little too far from where I wanted to get off. I got off the bus and I happened to look across the street and I saw Taco Bell. I said I Haven't Had A Taco In A Long Time. The bus won't be here anytime soon....So I'm Going Inside To Eat A Taco or Three. THEY WERE DELICIOUS!!! HARD SHELL PLEASE. AND THANK YOU.

This Taco Bell has become one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to, back then the workers were more cleaner and prepared the tacos 🌮 with fresh veggies now that’s changed the tacos taste like shit, the worker at the window handed our food like she was a fugitive, pretty much threw it at us, they even stuffed our taco with the dirty bottom of the romaine lettuce, ridiculous and DISGUSTING WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS, they need better training

GO TO ANY OTHER TACOBELL. The one in port jeff is so much nicer. This place sucks, we tried to correct the man about our order which we were very clear about and the man just says have a good night with no context then tells us to get out of the drive thru. Worst Experience

“Get out of my drive through” respectfully I asked you for a cheese quesadilla and a regular Baja blast and you rang me up for a chicken quesadilla and a freeze. I asked you to correct it 3 times and you still wouldn’t fix it. You kept asking me if I wanted anything else when the only thing I wanted was for you to fix my order. You then had the audacity to tell me to get out and deleted my order. You ruined my night. Thank you very much I hate you.

They can never get an order correct. Repeatedly and consistently get my orders wrong. Seems to be a trend.
I always use the drive-thru and what I like about it is the quick service. Even when there's a long line it goes quickly. The best is that my order is always right!

I believe this is the worse customer service when you walk in, the wait is extremely long since they are alway focusing on the drive thru orders first. But I’ve tried the drive thru and definitely is much better. Save your self some bad time and do drive thru instead but also check your bag before you leave. They always seem to give you the wrong stuff

Went through the drive through today the place looked closed but wasn't woohoo I ordered a chicken quesadilla, nothing fancy. THEY DIDN'T COOK IT. How the hell do you forget to cook the food? Freaking morons had 1 job and they failed it miserably. I'm not a Karen so I threw it in my air fryer and ate it. Won't be returning instead will head to the one on 83

On Thursday November 14th at 11:45am I spoke to a young shift manager about how the advertising was misleading with images of food being made fully but the people in the back of this branch were so cheap about full filling the food like what was advertised and this young shift manager were being unprofessional with an attitude of avoiding my concerns and saying he doesn’t do the advertising part and keeps trying to avoid and walk away from dealing with me.
