Went through the drive through today the place looked closed but wasn't woohoo I ordered a chicken quesadilla, nothing fancy. THEY DIDN'T COOK IT. How the hell do you forget to cook the food? Freaking morons had 1 job and they failed it miserably. I'm not a Karen so I threw it in my air fryer and ate it. Won't be returning instead will head to the one on 83

On Thursday November 14th at 11:45am I spoke to a young shift manager about how the advertising was misleading with images of food being made fully but the people in the back of this branch were so cheap about full filling the food like what was advertised and this young shift manager were being unprofessional with an attitude of avoiding my concerns and saying he doesn’t do the advertising part and keeps trying to avoid and walk away from dealing with me.

Disgusting, I went there and ordered a simple hard and soft taco and burrito The soft burrito tasted old and the wrap wasn't even warmed up The hard taco also tasted old and the taco wasn't even warmed up horrible I will never go back there again and the number doesn't work

I’m calling at 1 am to make sure my Uber eats order is vegan. I called 6 times nobody answers the phone that’s just not cool because if I’m food comes and it’s not vegan I’ll have to order it all again….
Delicious food, and my order was accurate. However, the "Grab & Go" option could use a little more.... Well, grabbing and going. I ordered about 15 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait about 10 minutes for my order, and the restaurant wasn't even busy.
Kudos to the staff, though. They all seemed like polite, decent folk. Perhaps I just came on a training day? If I return again and have a better experience I will come back and adjust this review accordingly

Vegetarian options: I had visited tac bell on Saturday afternoon, it was a horrible experience , No cleanliness, my 2yrs nephew drink had a Bug in the Drink. Thank God we noticed it soon. They should deep clean the soda station

i’m allergic to lettuce and asked for none and they gave me extra. they didn’t give me my drink and we couldn’t understand the person that was taking our orders
