It was a wonderful experience Emily the manager introduced herself to my table where I was seated with my son and daughter in law we ordered a scrumptious meal I had 20 ounce ribeye with baked potatoes and string beans my son had a large sandwich and sides his wife had an equally scrumptious dinner.thrcwsitress was superb our drinks were refilled promptly extra bread being a veteran I was afforded an acknowledgement for my service and to my amazement a whole crew sang happy birthday to me with a pie a la mode it by far was the best fining experience ever. I usually go elsewhere for our monthly luncheons with our former executives we have just changed that because of this wonderful experience.Bravo Emily you and your staff outdid yourselves

Alyssa, you absolutely killed it! 🤩 We stopped by Texas Roadhouse after 3 years, and you made it feel like a home run from the start. Your introduction was like a warm hug – made us feel instantly welcome! 🤗 You expertly guided us through the menu, and the combo appetizer was the perfect choice (it arrived faster than we expected, btw! 🍴).
What really stood out was how you handled the chaos – the place was packed, but you were on it! The manager checked in, which was great, but you were the MVP. When you came back to take our order, we went with the ribeye combo with ribs, and it was phenomenal. 👌
We travel the island trying new spots, and it's clear when staff go above and beyond – you did! Thanks for turning a regular dinner into an amazing experience, Alyssa. We'll be back, and we'll be asking for you 😃

Recently moved to coarm and Texas Roadhouse is extremely close so the 4 of us decided to give it a try. I personally gave my filet and shrimp combo with mashed potatoes and a side salad 2 out of 5. First off i asked the server if the steak was marinated i was told no. I then asked if it was an option, no. So therefore, there is no other way to get your steak, but plain, no type of Sauce or a gremolata for instance. Confirmed by the server. So not much flavor. The mashed potatoes were well mashed potatoes. And my side salad was extremely cheap on the toppings. For example, the shredded cheddar cheese you get about five shreds of it and if you would like extra, you have to pay extra. As for the other Toppings it was very scarce. The shrimp were extremely salty. So I most definitely sent that back and once it came back The sauce that usually comes on the shrimp was on the side. I did not ask for my sauce to be on the side. I simply wanted it to be made again with less of the salty sauce on top of the shrimp. Which was made clear to the server so I just kept it because I didn’t want to send it back to the kitchen a second time. As for my fiancé’s course, which was the same as mine instead of the salad, he ordered vegetables. He ordered his steak to be a medium rare which came out rare. And by the time we were finished and paid for our meal. We realized he never received his vegetables. As customers we expect to receive everything that we’ve ordered and paid for, Correctly the first time. Oh yeah and the bread rolls that your served when you sit down are the same ones that come under your shrimp..just toasted. So instead of being creative and given a different type of bread. It’s repurposed, repackaged and recycled.

If I could give a 0 I would. From underwhelming taste in food to the undfriendly bar service. My overall experience at a Texas Roadhouse was terrible. I also found a piece of hair in my appetizer and no one really cared because it was busy. I tried to get help and they kept telling me one second and by the time they came I was just over it paid my bill and left. Horrible over all experience

Better steaks than at fancy steak houses. Even the sides are delicious…and the bread is soooo good with the cinnamon butter. Love their cocktails. Great service. We get there at 4:30 so we don’t need to wait. A little noisy because the dining room fits a huge amount of people. This is my go to steak place!
