Went thru the drive thru on Tuesday night around 11 …. Ordered 10 pc spicy nuggets which i did not get!!!! They did no even give me a recite … they gave me the sweet and sour sauce but no nuggets!!!!!

The food isn’t bad, depends what shift is on that day. The chilli isn’t good here, I had a double cheeseburger and it was decent. There are better locations than this one overall. I think this location is ok but definitely not the best.

I order often when I mean often I mean it. But every time I order online or at the location the employees do not seem to read the orders and how they need to be made. It’s careless and unprofessional that it happens that often. I worked for this location and miller place total of 3 1/2 years working for Wendy’s and man has this location changed. Do better please. I am tired of wasting money at this location over stupid things that are overlooked. (Will not be ordering from Wendy’s app or going to this location anymore)

I never write reviews for fast food but I absolutely had to as there was a young blonde girl with freckles and a nose piercing who was so sweet and you can tell it was genuine and went out of her way to help me she was busy too , while I was there I wish I can remember her name but regardless you just don’t see this in fast food restaurants! Highly recommend this location what excellent customer service!
