Not much to look at but really good pie. The crust is crunchy and chewy, easy to miss but much appreciated. We like the white pizza so factor that in, can’t speak to the red gravy ?

I called to order chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks they quoted me $38 I called another take out right up the street from them for the same order but they included French fries the price was $23. Friendlys you’ve lost my business.
Food is consistently delicious from order to order and the staff is friendly and courteous! So nice to have a local pizza and deli shop that is good!

Steven this one is for you.This review is for 485 Delaware Ave Albany.I came across this spot as a last minute I don't feel like cooking. Originally, I was going to grab just a slice of pizza.The place was empty but super clean. Before I go inside I see this guy come out, here is how the conversation went. Me:Hey how is the food inside. Guy: the food is delicious I promise.Me: you must work here.Guy: yes.Me: oh that's why you say the food is. If it's not good I know what car you're driving.. we both laugh.Him: tell them to make you a fresh small pizza.Me: okI must say the pizza was pretty darn good. I asked for a crispy bottom and they delivered. The dough was not thick. More like thin crust. Guys I'm 3 slices in. My new friend is Steven. You were right it was good thank you. We friends now. Oh wait shout to the gentleman that brought the pizza to my car.

This review is for the Albany location at 485 Delaware Avenue, albany, ny.Clean space, big windows and good lighting, tasty wings, nice new York pizza selections, accommodating build your own pizza, also sandwiches, and the fellows behind the counter are friendly.There is enough space for a wheelchair, and a ramp from parking lot to sidewalk; plenty of parking in the lot.
I wish I could add horrible customer service skills.
We ordered three large pizzas, supposed to be delivered at 455, it's 515 and nothing. Called, the girl who picked up gave us an attitude and hung up on us. I called back and said that it was really rude to hang up on customers, it's not our fault your over 20 minutes late now. I stated we will no longer be doing business there and they can keep the pizzas and reimburse us the money back. Truly disappointed as we have ordered from there multiple times, it seems whomever they have working on the night shift needs better training on how to speak to customers.
Note we understand low staff and being late, the issued occurred with the girl who was extremely rude.
