I don't know what it is about fast food restaurants, but no one seems to know how to cook a good French fry, and this Burger King is no exception. You always have to double-check your order, especially when going through the drive-thru. What happened to the days when you ordered an item, the logical condiments were put in the bag without asking? Nowadays, you have to ask for napkins!

Breakfast meal was worst we ever had. Decided to go to BK as McDonalds line was too long. Spent 35 for 3 meals and threw 2 of them out. Soggy deep fried biscuit, mushy hashbrowns and onion rings. French toast sticks were soggy inside. Waste of money.

Well I'm giving you guys a one star because me and my mother went there on Saturday and she ordered a chicken sandwich from you guys and supposedly the chicken did not have enough meat on it and she didn't like it. So you guys need to fix what you need to do and I won't be come back either

Workers at desk are rude, they won't greet or look at you. Burger tasted off and fries were loaded with salt. Speed wasn't there any my order was simple.

Worst whopper I've ever had. Definitely not grilled, more likely microwaved. Only Burger King I've ever encountered with a bad whopper. But at least the fries were good!

Not sure who the guy is that works the evening shift lately, but he is always very kind, gets my order right everytime, and hooks my order up if I have to wait a little. A little kindness goes a long way yall!!😌

My mom ordered a diet coke. Once we got home, she tasted it and there was no flavor, only carbonation. She called just to let them know and the guy who answered the phone was so rude to her and said "we don't have diet coke. We have diet pepsi". She explained she wanted to let them know so it didn't happen to someone else and that the machine needed to be serviced. We don't live in Seneca Falls and unfortunately couldn't just drive back to get a new soda for her. A waste of time and money and the associate was so incredibly unprofessional.

I stopped after work to get dinner for myself and friend. Spent $35. 11 miles later when I arrived home, I discovered my soda had no taste. All carbination. So I called to let them kindly know so it didn’t happen to someone else. The man (staff) was snarky and rude. Didn’t really care. Good service was not a priority to him. . I’ll NEVER spend my money at that location again.
