My mom ordered a diet coke. Once we got home, she tasted it and there was no flavor, only carbonation. She called just to let them know and the guy who answered the phone was so rude to her and said "we don't have diet coke. We have diet pepsi". She explained she wanted to let them know so it didn't happen to someone else and that the machine needed to be serviced. We don't live in Seneca Falls and unfortunately couldn't just drive back to get a new soda for her. A waste of time and money and the associate was so incredibly unprofessional.

I stopped after work to get dinner for myself and friend. Spent $35. 11 miles later when I arrived home, I discovered my soda had no taste. All carbination. So I called to let them kindly know so it didn’t happen to someone else. The man (staff) was snarky and rude. Didn’t really care. Good service was not a priority to him. . I’ll NEVER spend my money at that location again.

They always have the lobby closed or they pump up the a.c so the people won’t come and sit down !!! 8:16pm and it’s Friday and they have the place locked up . Pathetic

Everytime I come here something is wrong. Either I don’t want ketchup that day or I never want mayo and for some reason they can’t get the order right when it comes to reading it because I always get mayo not even a little bit it has so be oozing out of the burger best thing they can do is shut this place down and put up a another Wendy’s or Arby’s

French fries were cold… big fish was nowhere near big… the roll was hard… not to mention huge pot holes in entry to parking lot.. Terrible experience

Friendly enough but looks like it does not get much business this time of year.

Parking: Plenty of parking, maybe more than they need. Several Handicapped parking spots next to the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide enough but did not see electric doors and the doors are heavy. I am on crutches myself and thought the doors were heavy, two sets of doors, inner and outer. I have spent a lot of time in wheelchairs and think it would be hard to to enter and and exit on own.

Ms Jaime is six months pregnant and working like a truck. She has amazing customer service and she talks to her employees with respect. We came at a time where it was especially busy and overheard her praising her team for working so hard. This is what a good manager looks like. We need more people like her in the service industry.
