Nothing worse than a downtown establishment, in a tourist town with a bad attitude! I don't see this place staying around long.

Been ordering here for years as I live locally, however, I will not be eating any food from here anymore! Ordered 3 subs and 2 drinks this week, totaling almost $60… ok no problem! Received subs and when I sat down to eat it, roast beef was gray and foul smelling- the meat was totally and obviously spoiled! Who on earth would put gray meat on a cold sub and serve it? A worker at the deli that’s who! I couldn’t believe it! I was sick to my stomach at the sight alone! When I called to lodge a complaint, they actually asked me to return the sub and that they would make me a new one. No thanks I said, I lost my appetite! Still waiting on my refund btw and this happened 4 days ago. After dining here for the last decade, no more! I’m never going back and I suggest you do not either!

Do not have “Alex” take your order or make your food. Has no idea what he’s doing and doesn’t seem to care about it either. Just slapped my wife’s sandwich together to the point she didn’t want it anymore.

I've always have good food here, but this has happened on several.occasions .I come to the deli within last hour they are open and feel like I'm keeping them from closing. Everything is already cleaned , they are ready to go home already . Food put away. Today at 640pm I could not get a toasted breadfor my egg salad sandwich , because the toaster was turned off already. The young lady told me " we closed at 7 so the toaster " is off". But the business closes at 7? I'm disappointed. I told the girl...I'll toast my bread as home. She had no reply . My schedule only allows me to dine between 6-7pm after work usually . So now I'm at home disecting my sandwich to toast my bread ?

We came on a recommendation from one of the staff members at the Women’s Suffrage Park. I’m very glad we did. The food was very filling, portions were great, prices were fantastic and the staff was very nice and accommodating to “out of towners”. This is a place that every town in America needs.
The Downtown Deli has a great line up of sandwiches available in the blink of an eye. Friendly and efficient and delicious.

So at the Downtown Deli 6:15 is too late for dinner. We attempted to order online and it was shut down. Calls to the restaurant were hung up on. When we wandered in to order, the panini grill was cleaned for the night so no panini s for us! Service was RUDE and less than helpful. If you don’t want to serve dinner, close at 3. Food was great but be prepared to fight to order it.

Worst Mac and cheese I have ever eaten, I've had people behind the counter laugh at my food, and one time got charged for extra bacon and got 2 straps on bacon on the whole sub, bread is kinda bland but overall alight subs just mid service
