I know, I know this is a winery, but they sell spirits too, and that is what I connected with on this day.
They have taste testing, and I highly recommend both the ginger and coffee liquor. OMG, these are fantastic on their own, and I am imagining them mixed many different ways.
The gift shop here is big with a wide selection for many people's tastes.
Outdoor seating feels like sitting on the porch at home. Just very welcoming.
Stopped here after viewing the amazing solar eclipse and was immediately disappointed after my interaction with Katie. I was checking out the menu and she slapped her hand down in front of my face which first off scared me, and asked me for my ID with a smirk on her face like she “caught me”, no greeting or anything like that. I’m very well aware of my appearance and I have no problem showing my ID, but you don’t have to do that and try to embarrass your paying customers. Katie needs some customer service/ basic respect training and some humbling. Their wine wasn’t good enough to fix that interaction. With the 100s of winery’s nearby I will never return or recommend.
We stopped by after the Solar Eclipse, drawn in by the Wine Slushie Truck ? They were delicious, especially the Cherry Bomb & White Diamond varieties ??? We also tried the Solar Eclipse Cockail with their Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur over Ice Cream, which was quite good ? They also have lots of good little gifts in the Tasting Room/shop
