Came here from out of town for a quick family trip and saw this new spot. I checked out their reviews before visiting so I knew what to expect and I couldn’t believe the reviews. Putting another business down in the reviews was such a shock to me. I decided to stop in to see for myself thinking maybe I would get a different experience. I was not greeted with a smile as the lady behind the counter seemed very overwhelmed even though it wasn’t busy. I started to look at the options to pick from for goodies and there was very few choices. I was very disappointed. I was hoping to prove some of these reviews wrong but was given the same experience. I hope this business can turn themselves around before people are turned away from the few options and high prices.

This is a great little shop that adds new items to the menu in response to customers requests. I have enjoyed every thing that I have tasted.
All except the nastiest soggy Strawberry bread that she carried made by Harvest Moon bake, Owned by Alexa Cross.
Sugar Mamas refunded my money promptly and discontinued the product line after many complaints about Harvest Moon's products.
She now sells only her products made by her and they are consistently delicious and fresh.
Try this quaint little shop for yourself and see what the Buzz is all about.

Don’t do buisness with her she will steal from you. She got a grant payed for with taxpayer money and can’t afford to pay someone 73$ she’s been reported and has ignored caseworkers. She might also not deliver your order. But still take your money

Do NOT do business with the thief that runs this place. I run a small home bakery and was in deal with the owner of selling my product in the store when they first opened in April. I am owed for 2 weeks worth of my sold products and she has refused to pay it. She was turned into New York State Consumer Protection (which helps people get their money back from businesses who refuse to refund or give people their money). She had several excuses for why she wasn’t giving me my money and now has ignored the case worker who works for NYS that is trying to help me get my money back. I have been going through this process since 05/17 and It has now been recommended by NYS that if I want my money, I must take legal action against the business. This is VERY unprofessional especially for a brand new business that has only been open for 2 months. There is a much better bakery right around the corner! They are super friendly and cheap! Go support a business who actually cares about their customers and their business!

Super adorable new shop in the business district of Seneca Falls. The owner is super passionate about her community, and we enjoyed our chat with her. The lotus drinks and blonde brownie are must-trys!

I had the blue raspberry and pinapple drink it was delicious. Also the mini chocolate cookie sandwiches were so good you get 4 in a pack and they didn’t stand a chance with my kids, they loved them. Very clean, very friendly, be sure to stop here.
