Wolffy's Grill and Marina

Visited a year ago it was just OK, this year's visit: Terrible! Freezer burned frozen shrimp, terrible frozen boneless chicken fingers. Will not see us again.

Sit outside and view the beautiful lake. Awesome.

We were here on the fourth of july and asked the owner where to go for fireworks or festivities and got a very friendly response which was much appreciated!!

PLEASE READ FIRST!!!!
Go anywhere else! told table would be ready in 30 mins- ok we will get a drink at the bar- get ready to wait 20-30 (6:45pm) for a drink- ok got the drink wait for table- 30mons went by, then 1 hour, the 1 1/2 hours at the 2 hour mark (8:45pm) we said we will go somewhere else.
Then our table buzzer went off so we said we are here we mite just better sit and eat because no where else is serving anymore. Lets not forget to mention we were a table of 4. Why were 2 (3 tops) sat before us.

Some women had to be either a manager or owner asked if we needed drinks. Took drink order then left. Alyssa our server came to table just as owner or manager came back with drinks only to be mocked by Alyssa the server. Awkward!! I’m sorry but you don’t do that in front of customers that is something done behind closed doors.

My 12 shrimp dinner entree came with 6 fried shrimp and the mustard my friend asked for ( for her pattymelt) never was delivered. Lots of
Fish on the menu but what about a real steak for us shellfish allergy people. I love fish too just not the shell kind. But you fried it past edible. For that kind of money should be edible.Also you have competition that can do it correctly. Do something that is signature to you not just same thing you can get anywhere. Because the smart people that read will see this review and move on down the road!!!

Lets talk about the strange man in the dirty tank top standing and watching the end of the bar. Do you work here…..? Clearly not a customer because customers don’t just walk behind the bar to help themselves to a beer. That bar held him up vertical for about the 3 hours I spent here.

30 years in this industry and So So sad to see that this place from this view. It clearly still exists because of location ONLY!! Please read reviews first people. If you have expectations leave it at the door when you enter this establishment. If you have a boat. Bring sandwiches in your cooler it will be a better experience than you will get here!! I never write reviews but I am truly trying to save you from wasting your time on this place. There are so many better options that this. I would have sat right next to a bathroom door than waste anymore time , money, or atmosphere on this place.

Owner please take this review to heart because it may keep you open longer. If you need someone to put this place back in order call me or vet your staff a little more closer!

Great food and service.

Penny was an amazing bartender. We were visiting Finger Lakes and always like to find a place the locals like to go. Met amazing, friendly folks here. Libations delicious. I was wined out? needed a vodka/club. The potato chips were the bomb! Over a few days we ordered 3 baskets! The wings delicious! The atmosphere was the best. Thank you.

Didn't eat the food so I can't comment on that. Staff was rude to our party the minute we walked in. We didn't have a reservation for our party of 6, but they sat us. We sat down and overheard staff talking about us so we decided to leave. Our waitress was very kind and tried to accommodate us, but I'm assuming the manager said "we won't miss you" as we were leaving. We never said anything negative and simply explained we were going to try somewhere else.

Nice dockage and a beautiful view of the lake. Friendly service. This was our 2nd visit. Unfortunately, hubby and I both had the crab stuffed haddock special and it was not good. The haddock was overcooked, tough, and barely warm when it got to our table. The crab stuffing was heavily seasoned with what I would guess to be Old Bay, and was so salty that neither of us ate more than half of it. The prime rib soup was big hunks of carrot, potato, and rather tough cubes of beef in a basic bouillon broth. We each had one beverage. We always tip well for good service, but this was not worth the $92 we paid... it's not likely that we'll go back.

We were visiting Seneca Falls and the host of our B&B suggested Wolffy's for dinner. We were looking for a quiet place where we could enjoy a conversation. Some restaurants can be loud. Wolffy's was perfect. Spacious enough so you are not sitting right next to other tables, indoor and outdoor dining, spectacular view, and food was excellent. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

the food wasn't bad and hey where not busy so got seated right away the deck was nice and was a great view of the lake but the server was not good. didn't ask about refills once our food came out and also didn't tell us about the daily specials. we hurd about them from a different server telling the table next to us. we would have gotten them to try on top of what we had gotten for our meals. just wasn't very impressed.
