Almost walked out,sat at table for almost 30 min before we finally got drunk service. Waitress did a good job trying to ammend the lack of service. Waited for food, when it got there, I couldn't chew the chicken, the steak was cooked perfect but no flavor, and the fish had a sweet taste almost reminded me of a corn muffin.

Arrived at 7p on a Saturday to meet up with two other ladies. I was parking while they were being seated, so I walked in 2 mins later and when I said I was meeting up with two ladies who just came in, the employee looked at me like I asked if Elvis was in the house. We had menus, and were catching up, but it was an hour before they realized no one took our order. The bread they brought to the table was very hard, all the way thru the loaf. I ordered a burger done medium, but there wasn't a trace of pink in the middle. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night, but that was my first and only time dining there.

We went and ate at Lewis in sherburne on March 23 2023. This was our date night. My wife ordered the lighthouse chicken she said it was bland. I ordered the delmonico steak. I used to enjoy this meal very much. This time the steak was unseasoned and bland. I asked for A1 so I could enjoy it. The waitress handed me what she called A1. I poured it on my steak and it was completely ruined. When I asked if it was A1 that she gave me, she said they don't carry it. The in-house steak sauce was like getting a mouthful of vinegar. I told her my steak was ruined, they took it in the back and wiped it off with a paper towel. We paid our bill of 63.00 and will not be returning. Poor ownership, poor quality control, poor service

Went in for dinner tonight. Soda options were sketchy - “cola” (server didn’t know if it was coke or Pepsi, diet something (she didn’t say), root beer and sprite. I ordered the lighthouse chicken and it was so bland. My partner ordered the demonico, which he said was also bland. He asked for A-1.the server brought him a plastic cup of sauce, which we assumed was A-1, so he poured the sauce over his steak. He tried the steak, it definitely wasn’t A-1. When he asked the server what it was, she said they don’t have A-1, it’s their “house” sauce. He asked her to fix the steak as it was now ruined, someone just scraped the sauce off and brought the steak back on the same plate. Asked for to go boxes as we have A-1 at home. No one asked how they could fix the issue. Even the woman that cashed us out said the owners “were going in a different direction” than the past. This direction is worse. The 2 entrees and a glass of wine and a soda came to $61. Definitely not worth the money. Bland food and poor customer service.

I just ordered four of Lewis’ stuffed shells dinners for the family, and those are the best stuffed shells I have had in years. The portions of salad, bread, and shells are large, and you just can’t beat the price. I will definitely be back! That was an excellent meal, and I do not know how one meal couldn’t more than fill a person to the brim, leaving leftovers. Two thumbs up and five stars!

First time at Lewis’ last night. The food was absolutely amazing. I loved the span between courses, never felt rush. Very comfortable little corner we sat in.
As for our server Kiana, we understand she is new at serving, she did a great job. She was kind and professional. She took the time to speak clear and slowly for me husband, who happens to be hard of hearing. We will return again soon, and we will also insist on Kiana to be our server.
