Super bad experience they don’t close until 10pm and I just ordered at 8:55pm for a delivery, immediately cancelled my order very well knowing they are still open, if you’re thinking of getting delivery understand that they don’t care to uphold their business

Location has alot of Bandaids and needs a good overhaul, young employee tonight needs to fix her mask and actually wear it when serving customers during this new mandate.Luckily food was accurate and employee was polite.

This is my favorite store in mastic they're always super nice, they're always fast and even if they're super busy they're quick moving. Have never gotten a wrong order, or had a bad time.

Milk shake was a thick as if you literally shook a container of milk. Kids ice cream had a scoop gently placed ontop of the cone. You trying to get my kids to cry?

Rude and understaffed. Their cakes aren't even that good. You're better off going to Carvel where you will at least be treated like a human being. They can't even tell you what kind of products they have or offer to give you a call back. Poor customer service.
