Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

This spot is amazing. Super convenient to get buffalo wild wings in our town. The other locations are so far away. Nick, Ryan and the whole team really care about the food and go out of the way to make it how you want it. I've been visiting this location since it opened and it's been getting better each month. The new chicken sandwich they added recently is great too. The staff make it worthwhile.

There was a mistake on our order but the manager Nick was so nice about it and fixed it and then some. Shit happens. People make mistakes. But be nice to the people making and serving you your food. What a nice guy. Wings were great. Sauce was flavorful. Quick and friendly service.

Picked up a to go order, had wings, nuggets and fries, in sane amount of salt, like as if a whole bag spilled on this food. Called in and manager put me on hold, called the GM and comes back on the line and says so there’s nothing we can do physically. It does say high sodium on our menu so might be little more saltier than you like lol..that was what the GM told her to say. 1- I wasn’t looking for anything for free, 2- I wanted to let you know how bad the food was and extremely extremely salty, where we couldn’t even eat the food. But the menu does say high sodium so…lol

So my wife and I go to get a buy one / get 50% off on bone in wings. My wife got a boneless wings ( 12 ). And corn nuggets.
The cost - $49.00!!
I've seen bigger chicken nuggets from McDonalds, and every other place - and they charge for celery? My wings were small - and I mean SMALL! Never eating at this rip off joint again. Avoid getting ripped off everyone.

Got boneless wings, a burger, and bone-in wings for a reasonable price and everything was excellent! The food didn't take long to be served and I overall had a pleasant time eating from this establishment.

First time visiting was about a month and a half after they first opened. I was blatantly ignored between 5-10 minutes, and management STARTED an argument with another customer in front of me. Really classy.

Also, you’d think they would hire competent enough people to handle food. I have a serious tomato allergy, and twice I got my wrap with tomatoes. How inconsiderate that the second time, they actually put a sticker that says “No Tomato” on the box….and you clearly can see tomato in the wrap. It’s comical, but pretty sad for the workers. If you don’t want to work there, then quit. It’s clear y’all don’t want to be there.

My recommendation for the company: hire new people! At least ones who can follow instruction and have basic respect.

My recommendation for the public: It’s worth traveling out to Riverhead or Centereach for their food. Otherwise I’d rather get wings at another local establishment.
