First time visiting was about a month and a half after they first opened. I was blatantly ignored between 5-10 minutes, and management STARTED an argument with another customer in front of me. Really classy.
Also, you’d think they would hire competent enough people to handle food. I have a serious tomato allergy, and twice I got my wrap with tomatoes. How inconsiderate that the second time, they actually put a sticker that says “No Tomato” on the box….and you clearly can see tomato in the wrap. It’s comical, but pretty sad for the workers. If you don’t want to work there, then quit. It’s clear y’all don’t want to be there.
My recommendation for the company: hire new people! At least ones who can follow instruction and have basic respect.
My recommendation for the public: It’s worth traveling out to Riverhead or Centereach for their food. Otherwise I’d rather get wings at another local establishment.

Went there when I called to make a order everything was good and I get there and they closed a hour before even tho online is said they were open for another hour so I waste my time going there and had to wait days to get my refund back went again when open and waited 20 min for the food

The crew here are exceptional! Professional, thoughtful and patient. I had no idea what to buy and the staff took their time and explained to me everything and now im hooked! Thank you the crew at Shirley BWW ????
